U Smile Family Dentistry - Mesa

I came here to have my 2 canine teeth whitened to match my other teeth. They charged me to order the product , because they said they didn't carry it in office. I was going out of state that day off visit to have them done. Meanwhile, they over put on the product, to the point where my partial wouldn't come out, so they continued to drill off the extra, the male dental assistant was rude and also cut the inside of my mouth while pulling, tugging out my partial . I had a sore for days after. When leaving,I noticed my teeth did not match up at all! I had to reschedule for when I was back in town. And of course, they said they needed to order a lighter product and reschedule. No thanks! I spent over $1400! And they didn't even whiten my teeth correctly and only offered to pay my back 700. I had to go to another dentist and pay 1900 to correct it. Not happy and hopefully they won't do this to anyone else

Had my first visit for a routine cleaning and was welcomed by the ladies at the front desk, Elizabeth and Sally whom were very friendly and helpful. The office is clean, neat and even had a cute little tooth shaped chair in the waiting area which I thought was a fun touch for younger patients to enjoy while they are waiting to be seen :) Crenna my hygienist was very welcoming as well and informative, thorough and very sweet and polite and took time to explain the first visit procedures as well as answer any questions. She was also gentle with the teeth cleaning and scheduled my next cleaning with me before going to the front desk for more info. The staff here so far are very welcoming, friendly and made me feel very comfortable upon my first visit. I’m glad with my choice to become a new patient and will definitely continue to visit for my future cleanings! Thank you to Crenna, Elizabeth and Sally for making my first visit a pleasant one and making me feel welcome! I look forward to my next visit. =)

went in for 4 fillings, had them done, one of them ached a lot, said to come back to get an Xray on it and check it out again, they took out the filling then said "actually I will Xray it" did an Xray and found out I needed a root canal, then charged me for a temporary filling and sedative that would have been unnecessary had they done the xray first, and didnt tell me I would be charged for it until I showed up on my bank statement, why did they not start with an Xray like they said? not going back in the future

Very comfortable atmosphere and the doctors in this office are very skilled I had several extractions in one sitting and am not even experiencing any residual pain. With no pain meds needed! Will absolutely be returning to have remaining work done at this office ?
