My family has been loyal to Twinsburg Dental for years and are seriously considering a move to another dentist. The new dentist is great however the receptionist at the front desk is absolutely AWFUL! She initially billed the wrong insurance after I checked with her multiple times suspecting and then later confirming that she did this incorrectly. I was sent a bill (for a cleaning) and the place never answers the phone or returns calls so you have to physically go into the office to rectify anything. The receptionist never once apologized for the inconvenience and simply wrote me a note saying I actually owed nothing. My husband then had work done (same insurance) and we were sent another threatening bill after she’d confirmed in the office that he paid the balance. The office never returned a call so he had to go to the office and the receptionist was absolutely RUDE and said to take it up with our insurance. After finishing payment my husband told her he was dissapointed and she said “let me know where to send your records”. If this is who you choose to run the front office then the business will certainly not make it. Worst I’ve seen and this receptionist needs to understand that she is in a customer facing role and that being polite is a minimum requirement and being smug and rude will hurt the business!

I received a text message a month before my appointment telling me they no longer took my insurance and to call the number on the back of my card to find a new dentist. They ended the text with sorry. I had received a bill telling me that I was behind 90 days for payment. I called my insurance company and they were going to take care of bill, I then received another text telling me to make a payment. I talked to my insurance agent and called the office and they told me that they do take my insurance and would I like to schedule an appointment. I won’t schedule an appointment until the balance is settled. I wasn’t sure if they didn’t want to be bothered or what. Been going to this office for years, never had this terrible experience.

Not welcoming to All families. First time going there and wasn’t greeted as welcoming as the others. Also tried to bill me out of pocket for service my insurance covers in full, glad I called my insurance to confirm before I made any payment. After all was done and leaving out the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me like she did with the others. Not even a bye, have good day, or thank you Very poor customer service, if you’re not on the right side.

Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite. The dentist are all professional. They have all state of the art equipment. I’m glad I found this top notch dental facility.
