Twin Cities Dental

I have had an old permanent retainer on the back of my lower teeth for over 20 years. Today it snapped off one end and it was just poking out in my mouth and obviously needed to be fixed or removed. They got me in same day, removed the broken retainer, brackets and smoothed out the left over cement for NO CHARGE! I was floored and will absolutely be switching to this clinic for my other dental needs. My original dentist refused to help even though they advertise braces. So impressed and grateful

My prior dental office closed and I choose Twin Cities Dental based on reviews and proximity to my house. I was overdue to find a new dentist and I was nervous about the appointment. I had a great experience beginning with the call to make the appointment all the way through the X-rays, cleaning and exam. The staff, especially Paige, who did my imaging and cleaning, was very professional, kind and helpful. The office is updated and clean and has technology that my prior dental office didn't have. I'm very happy to find Twin Cities Dental!

My first visit to Twin Cities Dental was great. They were professional, did a nice job cleaning my teeth and I was pleased from beginning to end. I have been looking for a dentist close to our home since we moved, and glad to say that I have found just what I need.

Eight to ten years ago my wife was unhappy with our then provider and transferred to TCD. I was reluctant until I broke a tooth and my provider misscheduled my appointment out to over a week instead of the next day as requested. I ended up driving right by the Champlin TCD office, so stopped in. After hearing my story, they compassionately got me in right away. The rest is history. The office staff are personable, prompt, efficient, courteous, friendly, and enjoy having a bit of fun. The hygenists and doctors are professional and wonderful! Could not be better cared for.
