I had a wonderful consultation experience at TW Orthodontics. Both Regan and Audrey were very welcoming, clearly answered questions, and meticulously captured my scans. Dr. Scarpate rounded out the visit with a detailed plan to get me started with braces. Unfortunately, I'll be moving soon, so I'll have to wait on treatment, but I still recommend this team.

Absolutely love the facility and staff. We were seen very quickly. Did a consultation with Audrey and was able to get my kids braces the same day! Audrey was very professional and even brought toys to keep my 2yr old occupied while her brother and sister got worked on. Highly recommend T.W orthodontist.

So I was seen at TW orthodontist today for my consult, and Audrey was the absolute best. She made sure she went over everything with me from different braces to pricing. She's amazing! TW is the place to go for a new smile ?

We are back with our 2nd set of braces in our family. Both my daughter and now my son have loved their experience here. Dr Wood and his staff are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The office is updated and extremely clean and is located in a super convenient area. Every time we’ve been in the office each person we have come in contact with has gone above and beyond to make our experience the absolute best. We highly recommend TW Orthodontics!

The staff were great! From the beginning to the end! Actually from the scheduling of the appointment! Mrs Audrey is so friendly! And business oriented! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in!!

Visited this place in Montgomery Al with my daughter, she was considering braces. The facility itself was very clean and with spacious parking. Inside was clean as well and spacious seating. The front receptionist was very nice and polite. Our appointment was at 1. We did get there a little early and still had to wait even after our appointment, no biggie. However , I would suggest a more private reception area because everyone is able to hear all of what is being said to the person that’s standing at the desk. I think privacy is a big thing and when asking a patient or potential patient there person information at the desk for everyone to hear isn't the way to go. The doctor we say was pretty cool. The whole visit overall was great.

I truly enjoyed my visit! It was relaxing, informative, expeditious and professional. Audrey is so helpful her smile is wonderful! Dr.Scarpate was very detailed! I’m so glad I chose TW Orthodontics for my braces! I highly recommend!
