I’ve usually had 5-star experiences at Tuxedo Dental, where the staff are friendly and professional. However, my most recent visit on December 10, 2024, was disappointing. The hygienist struggled to take X-rays for my youngest son, as the equipment barely fit in his mouth. I tried my best to help, but it took quite a while. When it was my turn, I was surprised to learn my dentist had left for the day without checking my teeth. Thankfully, another dentist was kind enough to step in and complete the checkup. The hygienist also offered to book our next cleaning with someone more familiar with children, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed when I noticed an additional charge for scaling for my youngest. This wasn’t communicated to me beforehand, nor did anyone check my insurance coverage with Manulife, which has always been sufficient. When I raised my concerns about the unexpected charge, no solution was offered. While I’ve had great experiences in the past, this visit left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope for clearer communication and improved service during my next appointment.

Dr. Kindrat and his team always take tremendous care of our family. Whether we're in for a routine check-up or undergoing major dental surgery, he is consistently reassuring, realistic and kind. Will always recommend seeing the team at Tuxedo Dental Group!

I have been going here for awhile but had a new hugest today. She was so nice and helpful. Dana knew I had two sensitive trees and put something on them before cleaning so it didn’t hurt. She also gave me some advice on an electric brush and on teeth whitening- it’s much more affordable than I thought!

Dr. Archer is absolutely amazing. My toddler is scared of doctors and brushing his teeth is a challenge every day, so we were nervous about his first dental appointment ever. Dr. Archer set him, and us, at ease very quickly, and by the time we were done my kid was happily high-fiving Dr. Archer and didn't want to leave. Beautiful clean location and all staff encountered were extremely kind and helpful.

Always a great time at this dentist office. Joan the hygienist is great at her job, and is super friendly and helpful.
