Turkey Creek Dental, Dr. Michael Shields

By far the best experience at a dentist EVER. Staff are kind, gentle and meticulous. Dr. Shields fixed my smile today and made it perfect.

Best Dentist I’ve ever had: These guys are truly the best. Dr. Shields and his team know how to take care of their patients. They’ve helped me replace some old fillings that were leaking and noticed things that other dentists in the past didn’t. I get extremely anxious getting cavities filled, but they help to put me at ease. They go slow, explain what they’re doing during the procedure and check in with me throughout the process. Dr. Shields and his team are always friendly and hospitable. They take the time to get to know their patients as people. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had an excellent experience here. Dr. Shields and his hygienist Casey were both friendly, thorough, and professional. Casey was the one who cleaned my teeth and it was the first time I had a cleaning that didn't hurt, which I did not know was possible. She was very precise with her instruments and clearly had a lot of experience. Would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Shields’ longer than I can remember. Dr. Shields has always been a perfectionist when working on my teeth!! He is so precise, and an artist when making my crowns. If I’m not happy, neither is he, and he will do what is necessary to make it as perfect as can be. And, who doesn’t want their teeth to look the best they possibly can?!! The office atmosphere is so calming; and everyone is nice and helpful. I will be so sad when he retires, which hopefully will be in the distant future. I can assure you that you will be very happy with Dr. Shields’ care!!

Dr. Shields and his staff provide top-notch care for our whole family. We hopped around for the first few years we lived in the Springs until we found Turkey Creek. We would not dream of switching--he's simply the best in town.
