Much thanks and gratitude to the The Dentist David M. Leader D.M.D.,M.P.H. The Emergency Oral Surgeon Craig Holliday, D.M.D. And I absolutely can’t leave out Eric Wu M.S. student dentist / DMD 2026 who worked really hard! I can’t begin to explain how good Eric is and he will make a great dentist soon.

Well i can understand all the reviews being one stars if you don't have the patience or ability to pay it can be frustrating I'm sure. Overall my experience was a bit terrifying but for the price it's worth it and i was lucky enough to get Nora and Caitlin who were very professional and relaxed. The dentist that was leading them was similar to a seasoned mechanic. Very knowledgeable. I will be back cause i don't have the luxury of insurance and the prices can't be beat.

Pro- price point makes dental care affordable for many. Space was clean, and student dentists were friendly. Con - hard to keep in touch with student dentists, extremely difficult to reschedule appointments, and while they say that appointments take awhile, truly plan to be there for 3-4 hours for something as minor as a cleaning. If communication improved, I would give more stars. Currently going on month 3 of trying to reschedule an appointment. Updated 9/2 - I called the main tufts line, and was able to talk to someone who confirm that someone new would be reaching out to schedule. When she called, she confirmed that in order to complete my regularly scheduled cleaning, that I would first have to re-do the 3+ hour exam of online questions first, even though I had done that less than 1 year ago with the first student dentist. She said it had to be done because there I had a new dentist (which wouldn’t have happened in the first place, had the dentist been communicative + responsive.) This means that I would be expected to spend another ~6 hours (3 for exam, 3 for actual cleaning) in the dental school in order for me to get my teeth cleaned. Had to switch to find another dentist who valued my time. Switching to 1 star.

One year travel for nothing, spent my time only for medical history and nonsense conversation, years after, not one dental project done. Between each appointment not less than 45 days, dental students tried nice with patients, but we need dental work, Not kindness and nice conversations. I'm not recommended Tufts Dental School.

Just don’t waste your time going here. The admin and billing department don’t care and don’t listen to reason. I had actually called with my insurance and the insurance agent told them to resubmit claim and they had approved amount needed to pay for treatment. They refused to resubmit claim and instead sent us to collections. Absolutely horrible experience and hope no other family ever has to deal with them. Avoid or you will pay the consequences. And it’s clear they have done nothing to improve their organization.

Dr. Stephen Kwon Endodontist did exceptional quality work. He had a great personality and I couldn't be happier. I just got my Crown put on yesterday August 26 from my new Dentist. Keep up the great work highly recommend Endodontist Dept and the Dental 🪥 school. Have a great day!

All the students care about is cavities one student even try to have me lie to the teacher saying that my tooth hurt so he could do a filling. It is wrong that they have to do 20 filling for a grade. They should worry about the patients teeth, not filling or there Grade
