Another fantastic 6 month check up. From Rachel’s friendly face at check-in then on to Melissa who handled the x-rays and support through my thorough cleaning with Dr DK. (He is a nice addition to this friendly office)??. Wonderful service once again!

Let me tell you about this office, not really the office more the person. Chloe is by far the most phenomenal person I have met! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a meaningful experience. Radiating happiness and care throughout the entire visit. Providing payment options, explanations that are as clear as day, and just always following up when promised. Such an amazing human! THANK YOU Chloe!!!

My on-lay fell out over the weekend and I scrambled trying to find someone to help fix the problem, I went to an emergency dental place that was open on Saturdays and they wanted to charge me well over $1700 because they said I needed a crown. I spent all Saturday and Sunday researching dentists who could do a single visit crown for me, had multiple appointments set up for Monday to be safe. Ultimately, I decided to keep my appointment with Dr. French because the reviews looked good, PLUS his office reached out to me before my appointment to let me know my insurance was out of network (because it's a crappy HMO plan) and offered me different ways to be able to save which I genuinely appreciated. I already knew it was going to be costly, but with the options that were given to me to save (Dental plan with a one-time annual fee), the quote was still significantly less than what I got before AND they were able to get it done in one day. I had my four-year-old with me, and everyone was so understanding, and got her crayons to color with, which was sweet. I was there for about 3 hours, and left with a perfect permanent crown, much better experience than when I got my original on-lay. My mouth was a little sore after the anesthesia wore off in the places where the anesthesia was injected, but that is normal; this morning, no pain whatsoever, my bite is perfect. Dr. French was great, wanted to make sure it was perfect, and was super personable, and friendly. Even though they are out of network I am getting my routine cleanings here from now on using the dental savings plan they offered, and so will my daughter because of how satisfied I am with the service I got! Thank you all so much again, I am beyond happy with the service and crown that I received.

Previously I received great professional care here. Unfortunately, they have had a change in staff and the front desk receptionists are very unprofessional. One receptionist mixed up my appointment time, then inappropriately shared her political opinions, when i was only trying to reschedule my appointment. When I requested my medical documents, it took three weeks for them to initiate the transfer.

From calling and making the appointment to walking out the door after it was all over with I received informative and compassionate care. Rachel at the front desk walked me through my insurance and made the most stressful part actually not too bad! Anya and Dr. French were the hands on team that provided a full exam, cleaning, and 2 fillings all in one appointment. They explained everything they were doing and why which put me at ease throughout the appointment. They checked on me frequently and I really felt like they enjoy their work. Dr. French was genuine and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable and cared for that going back for my next appointment is a no brainer. Best dental experience I have ever had. If you are looking to set up an appointment this is the place.

I had an amazing experience with the Dr and the dental assistants! They made me feel very important and heard me out with my fear of feeling pain. The reason I’m giving them two stars is because the front desk people went over a payment plan before we started my treatment that went over “everything” according to them. I agreed to do it because I could afford it. I came back for my second appointment and they pretty much told me a mistake happened and it’s actually different numbers? (Higher numbers) And my monthly payments were going to be more. Mind you I just got out of my appt, I still feel the numbing I’m not 100% there but I got really upset because I have no idea how I’m going to pay my monthly payments now. A small mistake like that should not be happening and they should really understand how something small in their end can be really unfortunate in other peoples ends & now I’m stuck. Really upset with the whole situation & unfortunately they told me it’s pretty much what it is and I have to pay the higher monthly payments. So just make sure if you come over here, go everything like 3 times in case this happens to you as well.

Sahara is so excellent in working on my mouth and expressing her concern in my having healthy gum and teeth. Very satisfied with her care. Thanks so much!

Zahra is so friendly and professional. She puts you at ease during your appointment. I’ve been going to this office for years and highly recommend it. The staff is amazing.
