Tryon Family Dentistry

I have been going here for years and am always met with kindness and professionalism. The staff is very knowledgeable from the from client service team to the back office staff. The hygienists are well trained and take care to make it as pain free as possible. In addition, they are super efficient and organized. I drive from 2 hours away to come for my appointments and it is worth it!

This is an amazing practice! From your first interaction on the phone with the receptionist, until the hygienist accompanies you out the door! All of the staff are extremely pleasant and professional. Appointments are on time with minimal waiting. Don’t get me started on the dentists themselves! Very pleasant, professional, you don’t feel rushed nor do you feel pushed. Everyone in this practice has a genuine smile and caring manner! We are so fortunate to have this practice in our community (Raleigh)!

We loved our first visit to Tryon. Myself, my husband, and my 10m old went together for a family visit. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was baby boy's first visit so they pretty much just looked at his mouth and let me ask questions. They were great with him. My cleaning and X-rays were standard and quick. My husband has not been going to the dentist for years and years so he needs a lot of work done, but the staff was super helpful in working out a plan for his care and walked us through costs and insurance coverage and whatnot. 10/10!

I am always very hesitant with finding a new dentist. The team at Tryon was exceptional. The office is very clean and modern. They were very informative and very understanding of wanting to help me achieve my ideal smile within an affordable treatment plan. They helped navigate through my insurance and explained throughly what was covered or not. From check in, to the cleaning, to the treatment plan, all four women who helped me today were amazing and made my visit very welcoming. I will recommend this dentist office to everyone I know in the RDU area.

My first visit. I love this dentist office. I arrived an hour early for my appointment (totally my fault) they went ahead and fit me right in. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming, friendly and very professional. From the dental hygienists to Doctor, they made sure I understood everything and open to answer any questions I had. They are the best. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs dental services.

I believe this has to be the most professional and nicest dentistry I have ever been to. I had such a bad experience growing up with dentist that I always feared going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anybody looking for a top-notch dentistry. They truly do take care of you and explain things to you fully. I truly do enjoy Dr. Bryant

They are all so sweet and kind. From speaking to them on the phone to being in person is a wonderful experience. My dentist Dr. Eleidy was understanding, patient with my awful explanation, informative and detailed. She diagnosed a sinus infection other providers did not and I've been dealing with headaches/congestion for months! She included me on her plan of care vs a here's what we're doing approach. Her honesty and transparency was very much appreciated. I was recommended by a friend. My husband and I started our visits with our son who had a really bad shady experience at smile starters. We were told that he had cavities and wanted they wanted to charge all this money for dental work on a 5 yr old. When my son had his visit here, they told us he 100% without a doubt had no cavities and had very healthy teeth. My husband's visit was great. He couldn't stop talking about how well he was cared for. My experience above. I 10/10 recommend this practice!
