This would be the 3rd Time in their chair. Phase 3 of two implants being done at the same time. Each visit was pleasant and well planned out. I do recommend True North Dental Implants if you’re considering dental surgery for implants. You do need to be sure that you will go through with all 4 phases and pay as you go. They do a great job explaining the cost up front.

Tiffany set scheduling, managed insurance filing and completed billing process very good. Thank you Bridget and Dr. Johnson exceeded what I expected from the process. I like this team and think they do a great job generally with the procedure and sedation. They generally also do a good job with aftercare also. I’ve had significantly more pain and swelling with this extraction and routinely rake pain medication for another diagnosis but instead of recommending using them as avaiand appropriate to aid in my pain management they only told me to take Tylenol and ibuprofen. That was wrong. Also no post-procedural instructions were given. So I didn’t know I was being started on an antibiotic.

I am so glad I got my extraction done here. People who work here are hard to come by in every other dental offices. Even though, I work in the health care field, I must admit I was a little bit anxious about taking out all my wisdom tooth because I’ve never been under any form of anesthesia before. I went in there for my scheduled appointment and I felt at ease starting from the staff at the front desk to the nurse and the Dentist who did the extraction. I knew I was in excellent hands. In addition, they advocated for me so I could get more money from my insurance because it costs so much. I’m very grateful to everyone who works here.
