True North Dental Centre

I am new patient here and i feel comfortable already. They have friendly and professional staffs. Dr. Drew is my dentist he always listens and explains things clearly. Excellent experience!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you True North Dental Centre!

Dr. Karpa and his staff are extremely welcoming! From the time you walk in the door, the staff is very friendly and courteous. The quality of service is exceptional, and they make your dental visits a very pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend and refer all my friends and family to true north Dental Centre!!

I came here for a clean today as my first time. I had another dentist but this one is connected with the sky-walk and more convenient for me. It seems they have sufficient staff and their service was efficient. I just watched an Olympic program while I was getting my cleaning. Nothing negative. I think I will continue to come here as long as I work in downtown.

It seems that Dr. Patel wanted to do some unnecessary work. He triggered my spidey sense because he wanted to do so much work. I got a second opinion. The other dentist was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and it turns out most of what Dr. Patel wanted to do didn't need to be done. Dr. Patel didn't even try to explain the work he wanted to do. He did state that doing some of the work was his own personal desire. It wasn't about me and my needs, it was what he wanted to do. Maybe he wasn't trying to be a bad guy, but if it wasn't deliberate, then that means he doesn't know what he's doing. I still have faith in Dr. Drew, and the rest of the staff are all very nice people, but for now I'm just going to stick with dentist who gave me a second opinion.

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, convenient location. Specifically, the dentist is fantastic- as painless as possible, great at managing my expectations throughout procedure, and shaping fillings to fit your bite properly must be an art, he nailed it.
