Tropic Dental, Nikola Goranov, DMD

I moved to Fort Myers and needed a dentist and didn't know who to go to. I asked my Direct Primary Care Provider who I should go to and he recommended Dr. Goranov because Dr. Goranov is his family's dentist. Dr. Goranov's knowledge and his staff's knowledge is outstanding. I needed quite a bit of work done but Dr. Goranov recommended the work in order of importance so I could do it in stages if I wanted. He is an artist! My teeth haven't looked so good in years!

Highly recommend Dr. Goranov. His team is very well experienced and treat you very well. Their relationship with their patients are excellent and I would highly recommend this dentist to my friends and anyone in the area.

I've been going to Dr Goranov for about 6 years. I started when I needed a second opinion saying I needed a full set of crowns. I did go ahead with the crowns and am extremely pleased with the results and continually get compliments. He was very meticulous, explaining every step, the staff was friendly and easy going and able to work around my schedule. I was even able to reach him on a weekend for an issue with a temporary crown and the after care is great. I would strongly recommend him for crowns and any general dentistry.

I actually enjoy going to Tropic Dental. How many people feel the same way about going to their dentists? Everyone, who works there, maintains a constant level of excellence. The care begins at the front desk. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable concerning appointments, billing, and most importantly, working with people's insurance companies to get the maximum benefits allowed to them. Dr.Goranov is an undeniably consummate expert in his field and is driven by a total commitment to all of his patients. Joanne, the dental assistant, is a perfect complement to Dr. Goranov's methods of dentistry. The dental hygienist is wonderful, as well. The office runs efficiently, professionally, and seamlessly. I am continually indebted and thankful for the level of excellence I personally receive every time I come in for an appointment, call with questions and/or concerns, or have a procedure done. I feel like I'm going to visit friends and the byproduct is that I get all of my dental needs met at the same time! I wholeheartedly recommend Tropic Dental for all of your dental needs. I've been seeing Dr. Goronov for 6 or 7 years now, and I love him. Unlike many dentists, he has the knowledge and ability to do all kinds of dental procedures, not just the basic stuff. This saves you money and time-and you avoid the need for specialists to overcharge you. I've had bone grafts, implants, and crowns without getting sent to someone else. He does these procedures all the time so he knows what he's doing. You can tell that he loves his craft, and I feel very comfortable in his chair. Funny and interesting guy to chat with. If you want to avoid being shuffled everywhere for you dental work, check him out. You won't be sorry.
