Went here for a VERY PAINFUL cleaning after my usual hygenist, Hannah, quit. They did not tell me she was gone of course, I would have cancelled. Then, I stupidly got whitening trays. They gave me multiple syringes that no one could properly explain to me. Whitening is no joke - if you do it wrong, you can REALLY damage your teeth, not to mention be in serious pain! After 20 mins back and forth with no clarity on how to use, I asked for a refund, and they were very rude. To the horrible office staff - I urge you to keep the recording of our "interaction" as you so smugly annouced to me, because it will show you putting a patient's health (mine) at risk. Putting patient health at risk is NOT okay. I cannot recommend this place, due to my my now multiple bad experiences here!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Han for 5+ years, have gotten cleanings, fillings, and crowns, and have had all positive experiences. They're not pushy, they explain as much as you want them to, and they're affordable by NYC standards. (For example, another dentist quoted me $2000+ for some work that Tribeca Dental Design did for less than $1000.) It's a fun bonus that Dr Han is a very interesting person and loves to chat about life!

Best dental practice in town. Terrific staff and modern facility. Monica and Dr. Han take excellent care of me and I leave with a smile. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going for 10 years and this is the first dentist who has said let’s wait and see instead of pulling or filling. I have old fillings, really old but they seem to be fine. Others have tried to get me to replace them but really mainly for cosmetic reasons. Dr. Han is honest, gives thorough explanations and I believe doesn’t do anything that isn’t necessary. Never known them to be anything but on time and polite. Price is good, overall very reliable and fair.

Had a filler come out in my gum that I was chewing ?! Got a same day appointment thank god. Dr. Han is so efficient, gentle and thorough. Great bedside manner. Left with a smile!

This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. They are always on time, quick and efficient and never try to upsell anything. I tell everyone to come here!
