Tran's Dental

It is a very nice clinic, the place is always clean, tidy and has a good atmosphere. There are televisions everywhere where they show very good movies. The dental assistants are very sweet with their patients, they always make conversation with you and are very cool. The main dentist is the best dentist I have ever had in my life. They speak Spanish, which can help people who do not speak English and the way they treat you is the best. This dental clinic is for you and your family.

I have been going to Trans Dental for a year now and have had excellent treatment every visit. Dr. Quynh explains the process very well and is very detail oriented in his work. All of the office staff and assistants have been amazing. Jackie the office manager goes above and beyond to explain all of the details and options up front and will answer any questions you have. Sonia the hygienist there is meticulous in her work. Had a deep cleaning done and barely felt it. The receptionist greets you when you walk in, gives a courtesy call confirming your appointment and even a text the day before. Overall Trans Dental goes above and beyond to give you the best treatment and experience. If you are looking for a dentist office that will treat you fair, listen to your needs, give you options and explain the details upfront this is your place!

Made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. When I got there they told me $85 and that was with X-rays. Turns out it was X-rays with a dentist looking at my teeth. Then they said if you want a cleaning that is another $70. So no cleaning. I don’t have an extra $70. So beware when you go there as to what you are getting

The front desk staff and the manager, Jackie, are the WORST. Instead of constantly asking patients for 5-star reviews, they should focus on improving customer service. Jackie is very rude and frequently interferes with patients actually seeing the doctor or the hygienist. She often refuses to schedule appointments and tries to push patients to see inexperienced dental assistants or whoever they are. One time, a new dental assistant who I never saw before nearly burned my lips during a cavity filling, and another time I noticed a patient had to hold the water equipment themselves (what kind of dental office does that?). Instead of spending money on renovating the office, they should invest in training the staff to learn how to behave and communicate with patients. Dr. Quynh is a great dentist, and the hygienist, Sonia is also excellent, but the office manager Jackie needs to learn how to treat patients properly.

Loved this place so much!! They are all super nice and that Jackie lady is super nice and helpful. She is tiny but mighty. Can’t wait for my next appointment!!
