From the moment I entered the office I knew I had made the right choice. From beginning to end of the appointment it was obvious the practice runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Trammell was very thorough with his explanation of what to expect.

Very friendly and professional. The receptionist checked me in and offered bottled water, coffee, and pointed out the restroom . The waiting area was very clean and calming. The wait to go back was less than 30 minutes. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable. She listened to me and explained everything that was going to happen. Dr. Trammell was very patient. He acted like he had all day to spend with me. He sat down and listened to my concerns, answered my questions and talked through everything. He let me decide what was best for me regarding my treatment. He never once tried to force his decision on me. Afterwards the financial lady sat down with me and went over cost and payment options, without judgment. All staff were very kind,understanding and professional. They really made a stressful time less stressful. I left feeling like I definitely made the right decision picking them.

I appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitude of Dr. Trammell and his staff. My procedure was explained thoroughly and all my questions answered. Highly recommend this practice!

Coming from out of town. They made me feel welcome. Malory was wonderful. I walked in very nervous. She took the time to answer all of my questions and put me at easy. Dr Kyle was amazing. Knowing I was nervous. He got my attention way from what he was doing by asking me questions about my job. He informed me at every step what he was doing. If I could I would have them not just for a specialist, but as my regular dentist. I would recommend them to anyone. The team is great. *big shout out to Malory!*
