Towncare Dental of Fort Myers

So far they are the only office willing to take me on and see if they can get my snap on dentures done. It’s been about 2 years and I am so happy they are helping me. My life has been in limbo and I have gotten extremely depressed. I will keep ya all updated. Oh to smile or be able to eat again.

I had a great experience. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything in terms I could understand. The facilities were clean and all the instruments were secured within my vision so that I knew they were sanitary. Most of all, they spoke to me with solutions and moving forward since I hadn’t been to a dentist for two years and not one negative word or lecture about my lack of prudence in keeping up with going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office, there services, and professional demeanor.

Felt like a lawnmower went through my mouth but everything feels so so clean! Andrea is a very thorough hygienist. All the ladies were super nice and the dentist was patient and answered my questions. Very happy with the service. The office manager even helped me find a pediatric dentist at another practice for my child. Most importantly they were on time— early even!

The doctor turn over rate is high in this office they all seem over worked and the wait times are usually very long . Dr Ana was fantastic but she is no longer there. The dental hygienist are wonderful as well but the office seems disorganized . I will be going else where going forward always seems to be an issue with the billing as well . The high turn over is concerning. But on a positive note the Dr Ana was great but over worked helping 4 patients at a time leading the wait times to be 2 hours before you were seen . My last visit went quicker. I was just having my teeth cleaned she was great but still the office is unstable and the turn over is a turn off I would definitely look for a more stable practice .

Absolutely terrible experience called a month in advance made a specific appointment for a teeth cleaning and possible fill on a tooth. They had me make to separate appointments for the same day. They called me to come early so When I got there they had me wait till my appointment time which was 35 minutes! Then I had X-rays done that took 40 minutes then they proceeded to tell me I needed a medical consent form to have my teeth cleaned. I never heard of such nonsense in my life. The wouldn’t fill my tooth and charged me $60 for the X-rays. The office manager had no clue what was going on. Half the office didn’t even speak English. Absolutely joke if I could give it no stars I would.

Highly recommend. I see some negative comments but I don't know! I've never had a dentist in life so I've got a lot of catching up to do, and every dentist I've seen as an adult has been traumatizing. The people here knew me by name after first visit and it's probably because I am difficult! I don't mean to be I'm just always anxious, broke, and cryin! And THESE PEOPLE are always so kind to me and work with me every time and are all very sweet and funny! I'd leave exact names but honestly, I've seen a good bit of the people who work there and from the front desk to the techs and dentists, and the management team have all been amazing! I love this office, if they see this they'll know who I am lol! This area has horrible medical practices and it's exceedingly rare to find an office of any kind that feels like they care. And this place really makes me feel like I can get the care I need and that they're going to help me do it!

Absolutely amazing. I came in for a second opinion and even though my prior dentist office failed to email over my X-rays, the office manager was able to really help me out in order to have my x rays done. Everyone worked together in order to get my cleaning done and cavities filled. The staff was super kind and sweet and I am so glad I went. I couldn't recommend this office enough. You wouldn't be disappointed coming here.
