Town Line Dental Care

Absolutely terrible service. I would never recommend using this office to anyone. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. She was yelling on the phone and threatening to charge a cancellation fee for a mistake she made. During the initial visit it was determined that a follow-up would be needed she made a mistake on the insurance, so the cost of the next appointment was not provided. Instead of calling and saying that, she waited until the day of the appointment to tell us what the cost was. If we had not of called to follow up, she told us she was waiting to tell us once we arrived at the appointment. As a result of her mistake and delay in providing pricing, we requested to reschedule, she became irate and threatened to charge a $200 cancellation fee. When asked to speak to her manager due to the unprofessionalism that was displayed, she became even more irate. If I could leave no stars at all, I would.

My experience every time I come here and I have been coming here for more than 10 years, is amazing! The staff is friendly and accommodating, they always remember who you are and that you are not just another number! My smile have never looked better, doctor Gelena Roytman is a magician! I have never had a painful or unpleasant experience, DDS Gelena makes sure I am comfortable with all parts of the procedure. Definitely recommend this practice! Towline Dental is a wonderful dental office for adults and children. Dr. Roytman is very attentive and knowledgeable in her field.

Excellent place for all dental care purposes. Friendly staff. I'm currently completing my invisalign and I'm completely satisfied with the treatment.
