Town Dental - Chaska

I have to leave a review for Chaska Town Dental and Dr. Johnson and his team. First of all, let me say, I do not enjoy the dental experience. I avoid the dentist, historically. I had not been for 3 years! I have a long history of avoiding the dentist, and not having a good time. I also admittedly am a handful, adhd- avoidance, and overall childlike behavior :) Dr. Johnson explained everything to me in a way that made it make sense, he didn’t pressure me to do procedures that weren’t critical, he made me feel like I was in control of my own health and I have a feeling I will actually come back in 6 months, and maybe 6 months after that even, and don’t have to fake my own death or a fake move to Yemen to avoid the follow up appts! ? I think at 48 this might be the beginning of my first beautiful dentist patient relationship! THANK YOU Chaska Town Dental, Dr Johnson, and your whole team for treating me with patience, kindness and value. ❤️ I highly recommend them, and can’t say enough about my experience.

Gotten too big for longtime customers. 11-years I’ve been going here, and they are fantastic if you can get past their front desk. I showed up at my last appointment and discovered that my company had changed insurance (that’s on me). The front desk lady loudly told me that my insurance stopped covering dental at the end of last year. Then she just sat there and looked at me. Didn’t offer any solutions…just stared at me. With a line of people forming behind me, and people in the lobby staring at me, I turned around and left. So I call back to schedule a new appointment today (2-weeks later), and they tell me they are scheduling into next year. …and this is how you lose a loyal 11-year customer.

Always friendly and thorough. The first time I went I had not been to the dentist in a few years. They spent more time than was allotted on my teeth and they were the cleanest they have ever been! Great quality of service!

Town Dental was there for me in a time of need with a dental emergency. Dr. Bevis took time with me to explain my case and never once made me feel bad since I was embarrassed that it had been so long. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Bevis and her team.
