Total Health Dentistry

I would advise caution when considering this dental practice. I’ve been there about three times, and on my last visit, I called ahead to ask why I needed to have x-rays taken every year, especially since I’ve never had any issues. Instead of explaining that it was a policy of their practice, the office manager claimed it was required by law, which is not true. There is no law mandating annual x-rays; it’s more of a general recommendation, which I 100% understand. On the day of my appointment, I went through with the x-rays, and the cleaning was done very quickly. The hygienist was very nice and mentioned that my good oral hygiene made her job easier. However, towards the end of the visit, she received a message from the dentist stating that my x-rays showed a cavity and that the dentist was available to address it immediately. Given that this was my first time being told I had a cavity, the misinformation about the law, my good oral hygiene, and the sudden availability to fix the issue on the spot, I found the situation suspicious. I declined the treatment that day and asked them to send me the x-rays, which they didn’t. I managed to get an appointment with another dental clinic on the same day for a second opinion and to take new x-rays. The other dentist confirmed that I did not have a cavity. I've called Total Health Dentistry at least 3 times requesting my x-rays from Total Health Dentistry and even sent them their required an x-ray info release form, but it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received them. Suspicious, right?

Tania the dental hygienist is absolutely amazing! She was so gentle & kind. She did a wonderful job with my cleaning. Very thoughtful & thorough. Highly recommend her for your dental cleanings!

Worst place ever!!! The waiting room time wasn’t too bad, the wait f the dentist to actually show up in the treatment room took over 1 hour! The procedure was only a 10 minute visit. Absolute waste of my time. I also requested my dental X-rays to be forwarded to a new dentist, signed the release form, followed all instructions & they completely failed to follow through as promised. I was put on hold f a lengthy time & while the were tending to walk in customers. Very disappointed. Would not recommend that dentist & their office staff.

Avoid this dental office like the plague. I received a email six months ago. I had a bill from a procedure done six months ago. I never received a written invoice in the mail and representative said she is going through the invoices now from May and it is almost November.

I am not pleased with my experience thus far. I decided to do invisalign here after my first time visiting for a cleaning. Since then, each time I go in to pick up my trays, staff are not friendly and it’s unorganized. My teeth have not been looked at since I initially got my first trays, yet I’m forced to make an appointment and miss work to come in, sit in a chair for two minutes, and leave. If I could continue my ortho elsewhere, I would.
