Total Health Dental

Both of our children (older teens) have been seeing Dr. Fast for a couple of years. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Just recently I moved from a dentist office I had been going to for 45 years to Total Health. The staff made the transition very easy. I am now a patient of Dr. Johnson who was very detailed and through during my initial visit. I look forward to working with him for my dental care needs.

I recently received a new patient exam with Dr. Rod Johnson. I appreciated the kindness and assistance of the services provided. The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Johnson took significant time to introduce himself to me, to review my medical and dental history, to listen to and discuss my concerns, as well as providing a very thorough dental examination.

I have only been here twice so far, but the service has been awesome. The staff is very friendly and explains what they are doing as much as possible so that you are aware of what is going on at any time. They love to chat which helps calm the nerves as well. Overall, I feel like I am in good hands here and I look forward to many future visits!

No problem if I have to drive a little further to see Dr. Rod Johnson. After moving, I decided to keep going to see him because his work is impeccable. I have always received such great care. The whole team is amazing!

Everyone was Very nice starting at the counter, then the dental hygienests. Then we met Rod Johnson. He's very friendly and yet very professional. Both my wife and myself were there for exam and X-rays. When we met Rod he spoke with both of us on a personal level first. Then began the exam. He makes you feel very comfortable. We would recommend Total Health Dental to anyone and everyone!!

I have never met a more positive dentist and staff. Dr. Johnson is professional and gentle. The procedure went well beyond my expectations. Have no hesitation or worry. I will be returning for care at this fine institute.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I called looking for a cleaning before end of year and they had an appointment so I took it. Got there filled out the forms and waited 10min-15min past my appointment time or so to be called. Get into the chair to find out they were only doing a new patient exam and didn't schedule the cleaning. It was never mentioned on the phone that these were seperate or that I would not be getting a cleaning, which is what I specifically asked for. Then I was told there were no appointments until March. Was a complete waste of my time. Lady at the front desk claimed she told me on the original phone call that march was the first appointment which she clearly did not or I wouldn't have taken the appointment in the first place. In the end I wasted an hour of my day and more importantly I lost precious time to find an open cleaning appointment before end of the year.
