Dr Hoop and staff have been excellent. I’m a new patient of 7 months, and had lots of teeth sensitivity but no other pain. Two of my old fillings had begun to crack and being proactive, I decided to go forward with 2 crowns. That became 2 root canals, went fine. Temporary crowns went fine. But with the permanent crowns, I couldn’t bite down to eat/chew on them without pain. Dr Hoop convinced me to try a TMJ guard, indicating a high probability I was grinding my teeth, due to stress, building a house, moving, etc. I was very skeptical, unhappy with the expense, and frustrated overall. Three weeks into wearing the guard, I’m out of pain, able to eat everything, no teeth sensitivity, and thrilled. It’s the most comfortable bite guard I’ve ever had, well worth it. Thank you, Dr Hoop, for hanging in there with me. 5 star practice and people.
