I searched for a new dentist and found Dr Hoops office. I was very apprehensive, due to having "white coat syndrome". I was happy to see not 1 person had a white coat on. I have to say that everyone in the office was incredible. The hygienist was the best I've ever had. They made me feel comfortable and took their time with me. Dr Hoop was compassionate and honest about future work needed. Very impressed with the entire visit. (If he is not in your network of Dentist, he's worth it!)

I was hoping to get the care that looked like many others did based on the reviews. However when I went to my cleaning the hygienist, Vi, took a drill to my bonded front tooth to “smooth out” left over cement from my braces. She did this without Dr. Hoop in the room, and she broke my tooth. As tears were rolling down my face she never took responsibility of breaking it. Also she made insensitive and unprofessional comments, never called Dr. Hoop back in to see the “work” she had done, and the best they could do to fix it was get me in four days later. When I went in to get it fixed along with another tooth touched up, Dr. Hoop had no interest in hearing about my previous experience with Vi. He fixed the tooth she broke and was supposed to touch up the one next to it as well. The work he did is fine at best but the customer service is below par. They charged me for the procedure even though Vi had broken my tooth. They are not client focused at all, the only personable member of their team is Theresa. Theresa is kind and it’s unfortunate that I won’t be back to see her. If you do choose to go here hopefully it is a better experience for you

From the moment you step into the office, you're greeted by a friendly front desk, and the care continues with the skilled dental hygienists, billing team, and chairside assistant. Dr. Hoop and his team embody the perfect dental office, earning my family's highest recommendation. The office possesses state-of-the-art equipment. Its photographic scanners could detect problems neither I nor previous dentists knew existed. Within a half hour, Dr. Hoop was able to assess problems. His solutions were mindful of costs and determined the best sequence of treatment. His pleasant manner and concern for my needs diminished the disappointment from the missing skills of our previous "dental professional." Dr. Hoop's skills as a DDS are as impressive as the state-of-the-art diagnostics he uses. His compassionate approach and ability to minimize pain are truly remarkable. He's not just a dentist, but a master of the most complex dental procedures, and an artist when it comes to applying these techniques. His staff must have been hand-picked using the same philosophy of excellence. They are the most friendly, concerned and capable assistants I have ever seen. Each has unique talents. In our current world of mediocrity, Dr. Hoop's office runs like a well-oiled machine. My wife and I could not be more impressed with each individual on his staff. We strongly believe there is no other choice when searching for the best in dental care in Naples or Ft. Myers than Dr. George Hoop and his cadre of personal and dental professionals!

Outstanding dental care! As most, not a big dentitst fan, however, this office makes the experience enjoyable. You are welcomed by a very friendly receptionist and I did not have to wait at all. Teresa, the dental assistant, is amazing! She is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Koop takes all the time in the world to explain and answer questions. He is extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice.
