The waiting area was bright, clean, and equipped with comfortable seating, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I updated Ms. Erin with our health news and she does not miss small details of my family and leave notes in my file. All staffs are always friendly and treat me like family. Dr. Park always answers all of my questions and gives me directions to go further. They don't miss any details. Communicating ★★★★★ Dr. Park explains each step of every procedure step by step so I don't have to be scared, even though I'm very timid. He ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process, constantly checking in to see if I had any discomfort. Dr. Park was not only professional but also personable, taking the time to discuss my dental health in detail. He shows me images of my teeth and explains what he will do next and it was easy to understand. Again, he addressed all my questions with patience and clarity. Dr. Park and his team have always been consistent, thorough, and professional with my services/care. During my most recent visits, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ms. Irma. Everything went smoothly per usual, thanks to the most friendly, warm front office staff Ms. Erin. I am always so impressed with how well-organized, professional, and welcoming she is. I always walk out with a smile!
Nov 11, 2024 · S JCalled on short notice due to excruciating pain one of my molars was seriously compromised. I got super lucky and they saw me same day for a consultation. Scheduled a procedure a couple days later, was very transparent and informative. Dr Park is very professional and very good at what he does. The receptionist Erin was beyond helpful as well, sent frequent reminders and would check to see if I had any further pain. Overall a great experience considering no one likes going to the dentist 😂

Jan 07, 2025 · Hassan 89I have had all my dental work done here. I gotta admit that Dr. Park is by far the best dentist I dealt with. His hands are really light. His work is great. I had a big surgery here and I have never felt relief in that tooth until I came here. The front desk here is fantastic. Really nice staff. The front desk is easy to communicate with. In brief: a practical place and great work ethics. Highly highly recommended.
