Our appointment was at 8 am. We arrived at 8 and did not get in until 9:30am. The appointment was rescheduled because of the age of my daughter on the day of appointment 2 hours before I was suppose to take her. I do understand that things happen such as verifying insurance and emergencies, but this is unacceptable. I think the people who work there are very courteous and professional, but the wait time is not good. I work as many others do and the whole purpose of an appointment time is so you can work it into your schedule. We have gone here since she was 5 and it has steadily declined. If I don't show up or late, I can be charged or cancelled. So please give your patients the same courtesy of time and professionalism.

Dr. Julian is great! Got my treated for the first time and service was great. Got X-rays and same day care. Ashley is an awesome hygienist and my teeth feel so clean. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Wonderful experience all staff and doctor were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And they are so affordable with their prices. They will definitely be my permanent dentist from this point forward.

Such an amazing dentist. My babies don't like going to the dentist because of a horrible experience with another dentist facility but they love them even my Joseph who has autistic said he loved them and would definitely be coming back. He made sure we were coming back lol. To all the staff we thank you and we love you all. You such amazing people. Never stop being you. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Appointment was at 9:30, called back at 10. Decided to start with cleaning first, let them know she had a cavity that was abscessed and hurting, though it was already noted on her paperwork. The D.A. then decided after discussing it with the Hygienist, that my daughter needed X-rays first, since it was her first visit. Left dentist around 11:10. An 1hr40min visit for an exam and X-rays is crazy.

Took my daughter here today for her first dentist appointment she is 19 months and I honestly had no idea where to take her so randomly this is the place I chose because they had the soonest appointment available. My daughter’s appointment was at 3:00pm we arrived at 2:50pm and the waiting room was filled. There was also 2 people in line checking in before me. We stood in line just waiting to check in for at least 15 mins with only one lady checking people in . Once it was our turn I have the lady my daughter’s name she then handed me paperwork to fill out. I filled out the paperwork handed it back to the front desk lady and we are told to have a seat. About 20 mins go by and another lady comes out and tells me that I need to call some number to change my daughter’s dentist on her insurance. (Mind you I was totally confused because she had never been to the dentist before) I called the number and gave them the information the front desk lady had given me. I was given a reference number to give to the lady that was helping me with registration I write it on the form and hang up the phone, go to give it to the front desk lady for her to tell me she doesn’t even need it and that we can have a seat. (At this point mind you our appointment was at 3:00pm and it is well after 3:00pm). We sit down and wait maybe another 10to15 minutes before my daughters name is called. The lady walks us to a scale to weigh my daughter then walks us the the back where we sat to wait for the doctor or whoever at this point because nothing was really explained. We waited and waited and another family with two children were sat next to us . Some time passes and some lady comes to our area in a surgical gown and gloves and I assume this is the dentist she takes a big tooth brush puts toothpaste on it ask me to hold me daughter to were she would be able to brush her teeth . She brushes her teeth then wipes my daughter mouth out with a piece of gauze. Then she tells me the dentist would be with us shortly. She then head right next to us to the family placed next to us to brush their two children’s teeth. She takes with the one child and halfway through the child starts to freak out and scream. And not a normal scream . The family is holding the child still while the lady finishes brushing his teeth. They let him up and the child runs around screaming at everyone. (At the point my 19 month old is looking at me scared mind you this is her first dentist appointment) . Annoyed I stand up and start pacing while looking at around and everything seemed unorganized. The lady has now started to try to start on the next child that we with the family next to us and after seeing the siblings freak the child starts to freak out before the lady can even start. He is jumping around yelling and my daughter is holding me so tight at this point I’m ready to walk out but what the heck her experience has already been ruined and I wanted to see how the rest of this visit was going to go. We waited and waited the lady finally decided to move on with our brushing his teeth she told the family she would come back once he had calmed down. More time passes and finally I assume the dentist is now walking up to us so I sit in the chair holding my daughter the lady walks up waves at my daughter looks the the computer behind us and then with no real introduction places fluoride on a little brush and puts it on my daughters teeth. Then was basically like that’s it . I look at her and ask her so um for my daughters age how many teeth is she supposed to have. The lady looks at me annoyed that I asked her a question and says she is still young she has a lot more teeth to grow. Totally not the question I had asked her . My daughter wasn’t given a first tooth brush and tooth past or a booth with information nothing just told that was it we were good to go. I will never take me child back to this place !! They totally ruined my daughters first dentist experience and I would really like to know who is in charge there? And is this the way the run a facility?
