Top Dental Care

So happy with how well my procedure went. After years of bad experiences with other places, coming here was the best choice I've made. They didn't judge me or my situation, they took care of me and they were as gentle as they could be. If you have anxiety about getting your teeth looked at I highly recommend it here.

The team at Top Dental Care is truly top-notch. They are professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. They have state-of-the-art machinery and utilize it so that there is no guessing when it has to do with the result of whatever you are there to see them for. After being refused by my regular dentist for a regular cleaning because of an advanced periodontal disease diagnosis, tge team at Top Dental Care performed a deep clean, of which, for the first time in my life, I left with a noticeable difference in the brightness of my teeth. Unfortunately, it was determined that I had an area that needed surgery to fix. Dr. Ocampo performed the procedure himself with care and professionalism and his gentle demeanor with his work was beyond soothing through the two hour procedure. The surgery required cleaning, parting the gum, bone grafting and sutures and Dr. Ocampo did it all with assistance from the hygienist, Wendy, who, from the moment she called me back, was with me and was very informative as to what was happening and what was going to happen next. I am not one to leave a review but in this case I felt it imperative to let people know my experience-one that could have been nightmarish, and how I am SO thankful that I had them taking care of me from the start. This was the worst experience I have had when trying to get into a dentist! My dentist referred us there because my granddaughter needed a root canal done and he does not perform that kind of procedure in his office. The lady at the front desk seems to know very little about what’s going on and how to get things accomplished in a timely manner! She told me that she would email me twice and I never received anything. The actual dentist sit down with us for consultation and was very taken back that I was only coming there to get the root canal and not actually transferring care permanently since that’s what most does apparently! I received a quote of $1300 while in office and then they emailed me a quote of over $1600 of course when I questioned this, the lady at the front desk had no idea! It’s been 6 weeks that I have wasted trying to get a root canal done on my granddaughter. After all said and done, I have lost trust that this office would do a good job on her!

Zero starts. I left work early for an appointment. Get here and the guy starts talking loud telling me that he doesn't like that I can't read an Xray picture like he can. He speaks on it until I finally say I don't want to argue with you. Most unprofessional experience I have had in my life. It upset me that the guy did not respect my time and energy. Note, my appointment was at 2pm and I did not see him until 3. I do not recommend this place - maybe to an enemy. Anyway, it got to the point that I said who the f you talking to and got out of the chair. Yes. I did.

You guys should put a cute little bench in the garden for the early birds at lunchtime. :) 5 stars. These people take excellent care.
