the doctor was amazing. she explained what she was doing every step of the way. i had broken tooth and now it's back like new.the hygienist is very efficient and is a magician.the entire staff is very helpful and friendly.the office is super clean and neat.highly recommend

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Tooth Shop Dentistry specifically the front desk representative Brandon. I scheduled my appointment months in advance, only to have it canceled on the same day without any notice or explanation prior to canceling. I took time off work and planned my day around this appointment, only to be left with no alternative for same day to accommodate me and my time.The lack of communication and disregard for their patients’ time is unacceptable. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable and professional dental services.

I can not say enough great things about My dentist for close to 25 years Dr. Knopf as well as the Toothshop staff and hygenists! And that is coming from someone picky. Wonderful all the way around!

I'm really glad this place exists in DTLA. I've been coming for a couple years and my teeth have really improved. They're also really good about appointments and scheduling. Dr Knopf is great and really listens to you.One of the smartest things they do is take lots of photos and you can really see the improvement over time. This is the best my teeth have looked/felt in a long time.

It was a pleasure meeting Brandon and his whole staff. They were all pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was comfortable the whole way through. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to more family and friends.
