Todd Cressman, DDS

My first visit was okay, but the staff were all incompetent. Dr Cressman was nice and friendly. My second visit was the opposite, the staff was great and dr cressman was rude. I was explaining what was going on with my teeth and he said, “don’t you think you’re being a little OCD”!!! These are my teeth and I care about them a lot, I couldn’t believe he said that. Never again, there are plenty of other dentists out there who truly care about their patients.

In all honesty, Dr. Cressman is hands down the best dentist in town. I have had a lot of dental work done in my day; from cleanings, to cavities, to root canals, to crowns, and wisdom teeth. I have been with Dr. Cressman for about 7 years now, and I will never see another dentist again. He knows exactly what he is doing, and he has a secret technique for numbing you up!! He really works well with his patients and takes the time to connect with them. I wish I could go on about how great and professional HIS WORK and TEAM is, but you'll just have to witness it for yourself, and I promise you will be impressed!

Dr. Cressman is extremely good. He took care of my son's root canals and tooth repair after his two front teeth were broken and even though one tooth was snapped off halfway up, they look better now than they did before. Everyone thinks he has crowns and says how nice they are, but are not - Dr. Cressman literally sculpted them with his drill from what was left. Amazing! He's great with teenagers - he comes across as a cool dude with his young vibe and dedication to fitness, so my son liked him right away, and I like him because he's a very accomplished dentist and an artist too.

My Husband and I have both been with Gentle Dental and Dr. Todd Cressman since 2004....Not only are we very satisfied with the dental proceedures we have had done but we are ecstatic about the entire staff. We highly recommend this entire staff and the dental work you will receive here. Lynn and Alan Goldstein.

DO NOT go to this "fast food" of dentistry. They do a HORRIBLE job, and don't be fooled by the prices. They quote you one thing over the phone, and then when you're in the chair, they suddenly find other things to charge you for. We were quoted $49 for a cleaning, and ended up being charged $199 PLUS all of the other fees, for a cleaning that wasn't thorough and took about 5 minutes. Then the dentist came in to do his "exam.." said everything "looks fine.." and took off. Meanwhile, he let two cavities (that we have PICTURES OF) go untreated. You'd think if they were after money, they'd do the work that actually NEEDED to be done and charge for that, rather than adding fees to routine care... but I guess that's easier and less work. Do NOT go to this office.
