Rude receptionist and Doctor Martin did not provide me with any specific result about what's the problem in my body. I've waited for 3 months and the result I got is "nothing is wrong, no problem." So umm... no explanation on why am I not getting my period for a year? Any diet recommendation? Cause? Nothing. But this is serious. He did not provide me any printed copy of the result, I just got the result from the call. There was a lot of miscommunication inside the clinic. Receptionist says this and that, he says i can get paper result or meet the doctor in person, ofcourse i chose to meet him in person. But they made me wait for 2 hours. So, i decided to go home and told the rude receptionist it's taking too long because i would end up missing my last train. Originally, i made a morning appointment, but they did not call me that they changed my appointment to the afternoon. I asked to give me the printed result, but she said the doctor can only give me the result, and the doctor will call me through a phone call. What happened to the option of paper print?! Then again, through phone call, he just said, "Nothing wrong." Despite i asked, in hopes are there anything else he would say about my uterus/ovaries condition. He proceeded to ask my tummy ache, although that part had already been resolved and asked about the pill. I've been taking the pills because he recommended it since i also had a tummy ache issue before. Since I wasn't in pain, i just told him my past issue, he said I actually don't need to take it unless it's NEEDED, but it's already too late, and I have been taking it for the past 2 months. He didn't tell me in the beginning that I shouldn't be taking it unless if I'm in pain. More importantly, i just wanted to know the result about the ultrasound regarding my ovaries. Again, he just said everything is fine. The only instruction I got was to take it every night. There were also problems with appointments, I waited for the past 2 hours, overpassing the actual appointment. I feel scammed, I didn't get the actual result needed or help.
I was a patient of doctor Butler, he was slow but great. I would come and wait patiently for hours reading a book or the news paper. He informed me on one of my visits he would no longer be seeing patients he was moving up. So for the past few years I have bounced around from provider to provider, with my health issues I prefer one. I went in for a physical recently and this provider's last day is Monday. She promised to get me in order, How? I guess it's time to move on. I'm a black women who prefers a black doctor that cares, and all I get now is a keyboard doctor. The last 3 times I been there the provider's didn't even listen to my heart and lungs. Isn't that the first thing should be done. They didn't even touch me.
My reason I gave it a one star how come it's so hard for my sick daughter to see a pediatrician always offer phone appointments when she really need to see a doctor. Then u walk in and they so discouraging what is a parent to do.Please do better.When my child had pink eye I had to take her to emergency because T.H.E couldn't help.Make it make sense
Just called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and got the rudest receptionist ever! I spent a while waiting on the phone for someone to pick up while the voice recording kept saying I was 1st in line. Then all of sudden it all went silent. No recording, no background music, nothing. I can only assume they pick up the calls and put it on hold without letting the patient know. When this happens I usually hang up but I decided to wait this time. Sure enough someone picked up the phone after a while which leads me to the worst experience ever. The receptionist had a very nasty attitude and tone of voice. After speaking to her for no more then 20 seconds she asked what did I need from her. Obviously to schedule an appointment if I’m being transferred over to her line. Well she decided to take it upon herself to say I was the one being rude and she didn’t have to help. Which is true but if she hadn’t been so nasty when she took my call she would have never gotten that same energy back. She wouldn’t even let me speak or get in a word before she transferred me to which no one answered my call anymore. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name. Then I would of been able to tell the supervisor exactly who she was. Anyway, thank God I was transferred over to her very polite supervisor Rosie. She was able to get my daughter scheduled for her appointment and even sooner then what I expected. ?? Have more compassion girl. Not everyone is meant for that kind of job.
I was going to another office where it was a little better than this this place is horrible would not say horrible is the referral department for me they are attitudes are very nasty and you take so long to get a referral then you got to wait for the doctor it's just a mess I was speaking to a dietitian I don't know what happened to that just disappeared 🤷🏾 I think I might just redirect myself back to my old clinic medical clinics ain't nothing like they used to be the doctors just don't care no more used to have doctors call check up on you how are you doing you don't even get that no more it's sad 🤦🏾
