I was referred to TLC Dentistry by a friend, and I’ve completed three sessions so far.I’m definitely someone who does not enjoy going to the dentist but the employees here might actually change my perspective on it. The experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The scheduling process was smooth, and they are incredibly accommodating and always on time. Dr. Maanavi is, without a doubt, one of the most caring and experienced dentists I have ever visited. She takes her time with each patient, providing honest and expert recommendations. I appreciate how informative she is, explaining everything in detail and guiding me through all my dental needs to ensure the best care possible. What truly sets Dr. Maanavi and TLC apart is her genuine care for her patients. She even follows up after procedures to check in and make sure everything is going well. It’s rare to find a dentist so dedicated to ensuring you’re not in need of anything, even after the appointment is over. I highly recommend TLC Dentistry for anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

The dentist was very gentle. I have bad anxiety about dentists well she put my mind at ease. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I recommend this dentist to everyone they go above and beyond

Great experience at TLC Dentistry. I hate going to the dentist, but since I have to go, TLC is the place to go. Staff was warm and friendly. The doc is top notch. Best of all: Their dental work is second to none. Thanks!!

Very bad and disappointed experience here. Super long wait even if you have an appointment scheduled. The manager is horrible, bad customer service, basically not helpful in any ways to answer your questions. Run, do not come here, if I were you find somewhere else. It’s not even a decent clinic at all!

I've been going to TLC for several years now and Dr. Maanavi and her staff treat me like family! From the moment I first made my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. I never had a real fear of the dentist or anything, but there is always that stigma when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Maanavi was wonderful and made me feel as comfortable as possible during my procedure. Thank you!

Upon scheduling an appointment as a first time patient I was informed to call incase I was not able tot attend my dentis appointment. I wasn’t able to attend and I missed my appointment and I did call to try and reschedule upon trying to rescheduled I was informed I owed a 70$ fee for missed appointments total of 140$ since it was for both me and my child. The staff that answered the called the first time was very very professional and not rude at all by the way you are very very kind and helpful but upon transferring me to the office manager I kindly explained the situation and before I was able to finish explaining to him that I was not informed of the 70$ cancellation fee they charged he rudely cut me off and proceeded with telling me that all his staff is trained to inform the patients that there is a fee for cancelling an appointment and even though i tried to explain to the “office Manager” which by the way I don’t understand how an office manager can rudely go back and forth with the patient. Maybe you should do your job better and train the staff properly correctly to actually do their job right and Inform the patients of all this information instead of trying to tell a patient that what they are saying isn’t accurate. First off you didn’t scheduled me & when I did schedule my appointment I was informed that I still had to receive a confirmation text for the appointment that it wasn’t completed and set yet. So no your staff didn’t inform me of the 70$ fee because if I would’ve been informed I wouldn’t have schedule it 70$ for a missed appointment are you kidding me who takes advantage like that. As a first time patient no paperwork was signed by me agreeing to any of these terms or conditions nor did I receive anything informing me of any of this. You’re very lucky I didn’t get your name other wise I would’ve blasted you on this review. I’m an office manager myself in the medical field and from one office manager to the other you rudely threatening me to pay or be sent to collections was very unprofessional and unnecessary. TLC will definitely be getting no good review from me and since first impressions are everything you will not be getting any referrals either. You should really consider replacing that office manager with someone who does know how to speak to patients. I will also be contacting my insurance to make a complain and send out an appeal and grievance not only for your lack of missed informetiond but for you being rude and threatening me to send me to collections if not paid. Prior to this voicemail I had no clue what they were charging because of the lack of information but he person who scheduled me.
