I never write bad reviews for businesses, but the dental work performed was terrible. I had an implant done improperly, which caused lots of gum recession, infection, and pain. The color also did not remotely match with my other teeth. Staff was also rude and dismissive when I brought up the swelling issues caused from the improper procedure. Avoid at all costs if you value your health and sanity.

Cozy little family-run dentist, I’ve been going here for years. I don’t speak Chinese, but they’re great if you do. I like the free toothbrush they give at the end of teeth cleaning, haha

The receptionist here is extremely rude and made several mistakes during my experience there. I called over the phone regarding my medi-Cal coverage, was not done talking and she hung up the phone (how rude!!). I requested to apply medical for extraction in Dec 2017, one month later I called them again, she said she thought I didn’t want to apply for it. So she applied it in the beginning of January and said it will take less than 2 months. It’s been 2 months, no response. I called again and they said they would call me back the next day or in 2 days. 1 week later, no phone call. What kind of customer service is this?

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Ma is my dentist for over 10 years. She is a great dentist; able to quickly identify my teeth problems and educates me the treatment and preventive care. Thank you all of them ! !

I have been going here for cleaning and any dental needs for many years. They always do a great job and I never have any issues.
