Everyone that I have dealt with have been fantastic! I love what they have done with the reception area’ I get that warm feeling as soon as you walk in. For me I have a fear of pain in my mouth, even though it was all basic I just didn’t feel that anxiety , that always happens. Your staff is so kind and knowledgeable explaining every step that was taken. I definitely will recommend your service to anyone looking for a great Dentist!!
Always a pleasure to visit this team- and not many people can say that about going to the dentist! My entire family attends Hess’s office and because of their overall service, friendliness and warmth, level of care, attention to detail even my kids love going to the dentist. I would and do recommend to everyone I know!

Honestly - I always have a nice cleaning with Faith. I give her five stars. But I feel like an inconvenience to the Dr Hess - like he is in a rush to get through patients and out for the day. Which I believe he did that day. I told the hygienist that I had some aches in some areas and thought X-rays and the doc would say I needed some work done. But nothing. He barely checked me and then was on his way out of the room. I had to speak up and ask him a question that he barely came back into the room for to answer and kinda pushed it off to his hygienist to explain more. I understand if he was busy and needed to go, but tell me that. One week later, I still have a dull ache in one part of my mouth as I think something is going on and figured I would get next steps from the dentist. But didn't. This dentist is still new to me - and I was not impressed with my last visit.
Not good. Dr. Long is more concerned about his comfort level rather than mine. When I asked about using gas his response was "Nah, you don't want to do that, it'll just be in the way". IN HIS WAY, no concern for my anxiety or comfort. When he jabbed me in the lip today, he blamed it on his blind spot and said, "well we didn't break the skin, so it doesn't count". My temporary crown fell off twice and when I asked what the deal was the gal told me that the bonding was bad and that many temporary crowns were coming off. So, they know they had bad bonding but used it again on my 2nd temporary crown and it fell off the very next day. More time spent away from work, and it didn't look very professional with just starting a brand-new job. Had to arrive late to work unscheduled twice for no reason other than their incompetence. The ONLY person in that office that seemed to give a crap was Cynthia at the front desk. My only micro visit with Dr. Hess was fine. But I did cancel my next cleaning and told Cynthia this morning that I would be finding a new dentist. So Long Dr. Long, you need some "bedside manners" training.
