Timber Dental Bethany

I had my first visit with Timber Dental (Bethany) today and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I was scheduled for an exam with Dr. Lee and they were able to fit a cleaning in afterwards, as well as a small filling. Dr. Lee listened to all of my concerns and explained everything (what each xray was of, what she was looking for, which numbers were concerning and which were not during periodontal charting, etc.). When the filling was recommended, Nicole, the office manager, came to the room to discuss the cost breakdown, that is exactly what insurance would pay and what would be out of pocket. Edwin, the assistant, was there from start to finish and was very kind and laid back. He constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and he was very efficient. Also, Edwin, Dr. Lee, Nicole, and the front desk staff seemed to get along really well. I plan on staying with them for as long as I can. I highly recommend!

Great dentist office experience! Knowledgeable and friendly team. They thoroughly walk you through your x-rays and discuss any issues and your overall dental health. They have blankets and an option for warm water, which is crucial for me since I'm always cold and have sensitivity to cold water. I highly recommend Timber Dental!!

Super kind, friendly and warm environment. They really take care of you here. Was insightful and fun seeing the X-rays and learning more about what the dentist is looking for with those. Shared knowledge is actually really reassuring and important, taking the time to explain better at home methods even more so. Thankful to have found this place, wonderful experience.

I just had a deep cleaning session with Ameera, my Dental Hygienist. I went there with some reservation as previous deep cleaning(outside TD) caused extreme sensitivity of my teeth. I was impressed with her work as I came out with minimum sensitivity. She was very caring, mindful of my concerns and above all, very pleasant. She also took the time to schedule my next visit!

The folks working there are nice, but being nice doesn't mean good work is done. I have good insurance and additionally paid $907 out my pocket for crap work. I'm grateful they did the work but I had some my bottom teeth fixed, fillings and a crown! The temp crown fell out the 1st day and the fillings they did are garbage. I've had cavities filled before but these take the cake! My teeth are so rough feeling it really bothers me! To the point that I WON'T be going there to get them finished and smoothed out! I'll be looking for a different dentist to do the correct work!!! I thought it was odd after my first initial appt to assess what I need to have done, the receptionist asked me to leave a Google review! Super strange!!! I recommend that anyone who visits this place gets a second opinion......

BE SURE TO CONFIRM if you are in fact covered by your insurance. Insurance is hard to navigate in the first place. I located them on my insurance website. They asked multiple times for my insurance card. They did not tell me they didn't accept my insurance until after they saw me. $80 for photos and quoted me $1600 for a deep cleaning all while having multiple chances to tell me I wasn't insured. That being said they are nice and office is beautiful, dentist was knowledgeable and polite. Not worth the time effort and lack of communication on their part.
