I'm so impressed! You are not a number here, you're a person. I highly recommend this office!! Mikayla greeted me with a kind smile and helped me figure out some missing paperwork issue (not their bad, a different office), she was also diligent in making sure my insurance information was correct at close so I knew exactly what I'd be paying for the services recommended/requested. Both Kristi and Heidi were excellent in helping me get ready for Dr. Nicholas. My teeth feel so clean and I was checked in on multiple times. They tell you why things take a certain amount of time here, they don't just expect you to wait. They also make sure you're the most comfortable you can be. Dr. Nicholas was kind and explained everything, I never felt like I was being sold on a procedure I didn't need. Thank you for your person-centered trauma-informed approach! 10/10.

Easy to check in and schedule appointments and clean office. I have gotten several cleanings here and had two wisdom teeth removed. They provided information on the risks and the doctor was great about answering all the dumb questions I had about the extraction. Everything went well and they made a follow-up call afterwards to see how it was going. Good experience.

I initially scheduled an appointment with Timber Dental due to some unexpected tooth pain. They were able to see me the same day, quickly identify the issue, and create an effective treatment plan to alleviate the pain. Since then, I’ve continued my care with Timber Dental and have been consistently impressed. Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Dr. Will and his team are incredibly kind, thorough, and have a very gentle touch. I'm grateful to have found a dental team that clearly knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about each patient who walks through their doors. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Dr Will (Garcia) is amazing. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. Taking care of our teeth wasn’t a priority for my parents growing up and I’ve always been insecure about them. This place seemed too upscale for my comfort at first glance but I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, relaxed and straight forward attitude of the staff. They are at the top of their game and will take great care of you and your teeth.

This office was amazing! I'm moving and didn't have a lot of time, so they were able to get me in quickly and get my mouth treated. They did an amazing cleaning, and I'm extremely nervous when I go to the dentist, and they were very patient and kind. I would recommend this office anyone!

I found my way to their door last week as I was trying to find a new dental provider that accepted my Medicare Advantage from BC/BS. We had a pleasant chat and confirmed the appointment for yesterday. Upon arrival, it was a fun exchange as I had showed up the previous day by mistake, at 66 sometimes I do that. I was greeted and felt cared for, I'm a relationship kind of guy, and I was "met where I was at". Which is really cool. Professional, light touch with the x-rays, thank-you! That's the scariest part of my dental experience. Thanks for your gentle kindness. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Dr Eid is fantastic! I'm what you might call dentist-shy, and everyone at Timber Dental has made me feel welcome and safe. They are efficient without seeming hurried, and give just the right amount of information while your mouth is full of cotton.
