Thornton Dental

Our experience with Thornton Dental has been exceptional. We recently moved an elderly family member to CS. We discovered he was in need of extensive dental work, including extractions and invasive fillings to preserve remaining teeth. At each and every appointment staff have been caring, kind, thoughtful, and well-prepared. Dr. Thornton has a gentle touch and explains all procedures thoroughly. The dental work has been accomplished with minimal discomfort. Scheduling has been easy. Check-in documents are sent via text message, which is convenient and simple. We are so grateful that we found Thornton Dental.

I've only had one visit so far, but everything about the experience was positive. The office & clinic area are modern, brand new (and immaculate) in appearance, and the place has a mellow relaxing vibe that appealed to me a lot. Dr. Thornton is a gem, I think. I liked her immediately, and I am confident in trusting her judgement. The staff are friendly, welcoming & very helpful. When I was in the exam chair, I saw there was a TV on the ceiling. Playing was a wildlife/nature program about baby elephants being cared for by their families in the wild in Africa. That really made my day, because I am a sucker for baby animals. Of course, people will always find a reason to complain, but I myself can't imagine how a reasonable person could have any issues with the service of this provider.

From the moment you walk in the office you are taken care of... from the cheerful receptionist to the snacks provided to the massage chairs. It doesn't end there, you are well taken care of by Dr. Thornton and her staff. These women are amazing. I have always dreaded dentists, but not here! Dr. Thornton is amazing and makes sure you are comfortable and know exactly what she is doing. She is understanding, very thorough and caring! Wished I could give them more than 5 stars! Highly recommend Thornton Dental!

This Dentist office is not like your normal dentist office. You are greeted with a lovely open floor plan front desk area filled with refreshments, massage chairs, and lovely people working at the front desk. When it’s time to get worked on, you’re taken to a lovely calming and comfortable room where you have plenty of privacy, But rooms are also not cramped and stale like you might experience elsewhere. My 4 year old was calm and comfortable the whole way through his appointment because they walked him through all the procedures they were doing and let him pic out tv to watch and flavors for the cleaning toothpaste. The way they were so welcoming and inviting with him led him to have such a lovely dentist experience. At Thornton dental you aren’t just getting a normal dentist experience. It feels like you’re really here with one of your closest friends or family members taking care of you. This is a really special place.

Thornton dental is a dentist office for the girlies! They have snacks, massage chairs and spa treatments - what more could you ask for?! Not to mention Dr. Thornton is legitimately the nicest dentist I have ever seen - like remember your kids by name nice. She is also exceptionally professional and always takes her time to explain every little detail. I love her and all the office staff! 5 stars ⭐️

The best dentist office I have ever been to! They go way beyond their duties to make sure you feel no pain. They also have complimentary spa treatments they can do to relax you for your treatment. Dr Thornton and staff are just amazing, very caring, and have smiling faces. They also treat children. Made me feel very welcome 💕

The staff and Dr. Thornton were absolutely wonderful! They walked me through everything they were doing and constantly checked if i was okay. They helped make me comfortable and calmed my nerves. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thornton and her team!

My 6 year old was in horrible pain, his regular dentist was booked out till August to help remove a tooth. I called around town and Ms. Kendra at Thornton Dental listened to my situation and got him in immediately! Dr. Thornton was amazing with my son, she’s very sweet & patient!! She helped me understand every step of her game plan. I will be bringing all 3 of my kids here from now on, we finally found a warm welcoming dentist! I will definitely recommend everyone to Thornton Dental!!
