I moved from Maryland to North Carolina in 2018 to take a new job and was looking for a new dentist, when one of my coworkers referred me to Thompson Family Dentistry. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude as Dr. Ben Thompson and his team have been fantastic. From the from desk, to the hygienists, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Ben, 5 stars are insufficient to express my satisfaction and appreciation with this dental office. Thompson Family Dentistry employs the latest technology in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The entire team is professional, efficient, friendly and highly competent. Dr. Ben and his team care about their patients and perform dental work to the highest standard. I just recently moved back to Maryland after 6 1/2 years in North Carolina and for sure, what I will miss the most is the dental care I received from Thompson Family Dentistry. I’ve been going to Thompson Family Dentistry for a few years, and it is always a great experience. The office is very clean and inviting. From the front desk staff, to the technicians and dentists, I always feel welcome and well cared for. I feel any concerns I have around my dental health are heard, and I am given helpful recommendations. Everyone from the first person you meet to the last is friendly, courteous, and professional. They are really great with kids, as well! If you are looking for a dentist who can help your whole family, this is the place! They take their time with your little ones and have some great pointers for those who find dental care challenging.

Thompson staff provided me after hours support and pain management. I was also provide the first appointment the following morning. I was referred here by a co-worker and took a chance. It turns out that Dr. Ben is fraternity brothers and was roommates with my pediatric dentist so I immediately knew this was a great place to keep for my long term dental care. My appointment experience is always great and time efficient. The staff is super friendly, office is modern and a clean space, flexible scheduling. Highly recommend. I've been with them for at least 3 years now and my dental hygiene has improved. I like how they track everything #s wise to give actual data that shows improvement/where else you may need to improve. Huge bonus that text communication is an option with the office.
