Third Street Dental

I had high hopes for this office, given it’s within walking distance of my house. However, it’s been pretty disappointing. It’s been a revolving door of dentists since I’ve been going there. I’ve liked each one I’ve met, but they never stay (management/owner issues?). My last hygienist was unfriendly and bad-mouthed others while she cleaned my teeth. The last straw was when they abruptly cancelled my appointment. They had no other openings during the time I still had insurance and were unwilling to make any concessions. My spouse and I will be finding another dentist who respects us as patients.

Alexis the receptionist and the phone lady is so rude , and negitive she always sounds like she has no time to speak with you and seems like she's judging you as soon as she sees you , you guys should put one of your nicer lady's I've spoke to up front . I've spoke with plenty of nice ones that answer phones on the side of Alexis and yet still the rude Alexis is sitting up front direction people amd putting people into negitive moods before there apountments and AFTER. But when I got back to the dentist he was AMAZING AND he did such a great job removing a tooth that I was nervous about they have great dentist just need to swith that one receptionist Alexis and put her in the back somewhere she's not very welcoming to lower income people

I had my first appointment here today. I am very comfortable with dental appointments already, but I will say the Third Street Dental team went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating. An overwhelmingly nice and communicative staff. It seems that they are also at the forefront of dental technology, employing equipment an office I previously worked at didn't use. I'd recommend this practice to those with anxiety surrounding the dentist's office. It's clear that they make the patient's ease and comfort one of their top priorities.

After finally getting real insurance I gave them a call. From the very first interaction, I felt like family. There's no judgement, and they treat me like I have been a patient with them for years. Everyone I have interacted with is super caring, friendly, knowledgeable and they treated better than any office I have ever been to in my life. I'm extremely impressed with the treatment and all around great people that have been helping me through my dental work and will be referring as many friends to them as I can. (I'm a former dental assistant and I know a great practice when I see one). Hands down the best dental team I've ever seen!!

I have to say Haley is the best at what she does, the cleaning and her demeanor/professionalism makes me look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Hazma was professional, courteous and took the time to treat me with care as a person and a patient. Highly recommend.

Long time patient for over 30 years and my entire family used them but it went downhill drastically. The billing department is horrible and constantly making mistakes so you better be on top of reviewing the bills. They also love to send out these rude billing statements that they will be stamped final notice. It’s a new dentist and hygienist every time I go and they love to try and upsell. They seem to cut corners now and you no longer get the personalized care because it’s a revolving door.

I was a patient at this office for approximately 40 years, my partner almost 50 years. When Dr. Buck bought the practice, the office went downhill rapidly. The turnover in staff has been insane. They just can't keep staff. Recommendation - look elsewhere if you are seeking a new dentist.
