The Teeth Doctor

I just want to thank Liz the dental hygienist,the dentist Dr. Galang, Gene Chung the Surgeon and Jose!!! They are so empathetic and treat their patients with care. I really appreciate how they explained everything they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable! I pray that God blesses them .

This doctor is fantastic! I recently started going to this dental office and my experiences have been top notch. I don’t wait long, everyone is friendly, and it’s a clean office that is close by. So here is my bragging story: I had one wisdom tooth left-which was completely grown in but giving me problems-and she is the only dentist who offered to pull it. Any other dentist over the last 30 years always referred me to an oral surgeon. She was able to get it out without issue. Unfortunately, a few days later, I was having some terrible pain. I called and they had me in the same day. She made sure I was feeling better before letting me leave. The dentist and staff were so caring and wonderful! At every turn they show how awesome they are! I highly recommend.

The best dentist and hygienist! I will probably never take my family anywhere else. The whole staff is truly amazing. I will always recommend Dr. Vu's office!

This dental office has been nothing but friendly, quick, fair-priced, and caring! I’ve been here many times to get work done on my teeth and it has been the most pleasant procedures I have ever had! My family comes here, and I even recommended it for my friends. Everyone must come here! They always find a way to squeeze you in if you’re on a time crunch, and you cannot beat the prices! Dr. Vu and her coworkers are top-tier!

I thought this place was going to be great but I had to cancel an appointment (after not being able to reach them at the times I tried) because I'm switching insurance and it didn't make sense to get half a deep cleaning. Who ever I talked to on the phone not only got a nasty attitude saying how well the rest would only be this much and how they have contacted me different ways to remind me of an appointment but no way to respond to cancel? then got very rude and said I was going to be charged a $25 cancellation fee!! Not only do I not remember signing anything stating that but the attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I was going to reschedule when my new insurance started but after that I much rather go elsewhere. Who does that?! Update: I went back because this is the closest dentist that accepts my insurance (plus the dentist is super nice) and the lady in the front office refused to acknowledge that I had left messages and called. They wouldn't budge and charged me the $25. I asked if they would look back at the messages and they said no the person had made notes...these notes were made by someone very rude to me for no reason so I can only imagine. I got choked up because it really didn't want to give them the $25. As I was sitting in the chair in the dental office I heard them comment and laugh "she's crying". I didn't deserve to be treated this way and mocked. I'm not deaf. I doubt I'll be returning here. I'll show the dentist herself this review when I'm about to leave and relate to her that other people have left reviews as well about rude staff in the front office. These days though...I doubt it will matter. Ugh....sucks to be treated this way by staff when the Dr is so kind. But it's not worth getting disrespected and laughed at and not to mention I drive 45 minutes to get here only to be treated this way. I rather go out of network than be disrespected.
