The Smile Architects

I can’t express how pleased I was with my visit today. If I could give The Smile Architects 10 stars, I absolutely would. Coming from a family who owns a small business, I have major respect for the level of personalization a business extends to their customers. From the initial scheduling phone call, I was pleasantly greeted and felt respected. The flexibility in scheduling appointments is terrific. I was also personally messaged with an offer to take an earlier appointment, and I sincerely appreciate that due to my busy work schedule. The communication was on-par for sure! Arriving and walking into the office was wonderful as well. As someone who has unfortunately had nothing but negative dental experiences in the past, it did make me nervous to trust another new practice. However, I was warmly greeted. The star of the show was my hygienist, Sandy! She was such a friendly woman and made my whole experience so comfortable. I appreciate her patience, knowledge, and comforting presence. Sandy walked me through everything she was doing, and provided personalized recommendations that were very helpful. I had even expressed some stress I’ve carried with me in relation to dental visits, and immediately- she was more than willing to accommodate to make me feel more at ease. She was genuinely interested in conversation and I felt confident with the advice she provided. One thing I’m most impressed by was the level of honesty at The Smile Architects. There is nothing I despise more with health-related appointments than trying to be “upsold” on services or products. I truly do feel that Sandy, and Dr. Sydney, had my best interest and cared about my overall health. I’m not one to leave Google Reviews- but I walked away knowing I needed to share. Thank you for your kindness, honesty, and hospitality! Could not recommend enough!

We just LOVE Dr. Sydney and the entire team at Smile Architects! My 4 yr old daughter had a check up today- everyone is so friendly and patient. She said it was the best part of her day!

April is amazing and very kind to patients! I believe her position is a dental assistant. Don't let her get away. She has amazing people skills.

Always pleasant and professional. They remind you of upcoming appointments in a timely way so if something has come up you have plenty of opportunity to reschedule.
