Be careful about pricing and coverage transparency. Came here for a routine check-up and cleaning. Three additional services were recommended without any mention that they might not be part of the regular preventative care and cleaning service (fluoride, deep clean for one tooth, filling). When surprised with extra charges at the next appointment and asked for more information, the front desk refused to explain anything and just flatly stated “you are responsible for knowing your own benefits.”They’re not wrong, just not transparent and not on your side when it comes to charges. You have to ask for transparency and information yourself. The x-ray technician also seemed extremely inexperienced and spent a lot of time taking repeat shots because they weren’t able to stabilize the imaging equipment properly.

I’ve been going to the Restorative Dental Group for nearly 20 years. The dentists are good. But what makes the group really stand out is my dental hygienist. Her name is Lisa Ann and she’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had in my rather long life. She’s a wonderful human being who really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. And she keeps my teeth in great shape. She is the reason that I keep going back to the Restorative Dental Group.

September 17, update. I had a really good talk with the finance director working on the processes. They had badly needed an upgrade. He is midweek on their processes and greatly appreciated my feedback after my review. This organization is on top of taking the business processes to a better set of methods. I certainly understand their issues with deadbeats....... How wonderful that a business is proud to maintain their 5 star ratings. OK, so here is the thing. I piggy backed on my brothers dentist and stayed on because my Lisa Ann is incredible and the woman dentist DR Shikari is very good. However their financial handling is about to drive me away. Last year it took them forever to get the billing right. They did finally get it though last years crown with the same insurance was half. It felt at least like they jump on me for a back balance of 189$ when I went in for a first crown visit. I figured out it was for the cleaning I had recently gotten that they had failed to collect on my insurance yet. OK, so I figure that was a fluke. They finally figure out what my crown was going to cost(funny after insurance it is double the same type last year) and they send me a text with a payment connection and I did not even have the crown yet. Today I got the crown and this was a couple weeks ago. So as I am leaving, the reception says would I like to pay today? So I say no. Well when will you pay it and I go soon. Look, I am retired on a fixed income and as I said I had unexpected expenses of 1000$ last month and my reserves are down to 50$. I said in the next few months and certainly before the new year. She was disgusted. I have been going there sine late in 2019 and they have always been paid shortly after deterring my cost after my cost was determined. How dare they take the attitude with a 72 year old senior that I might become a dead beat. When I moved to Sutton, an hour out at the right time of day, I stayed because of both dentists, and Lisa Ann(I think it's Ann). The office staff may drive me to find a convenient dentist.

Needed a semi-annual cleaning and x-rays. Kailey was terrific! The front desk staff are knowledgeable and always courteous. Dr. Exarchos is as good a dentist as one hopes for. And always kind. The only downside to the practice is that appointments usually have to be scheduled far in advance.

Fantastic practice! Doctors are excellent and Kamila has been my dental hygienist for years. Her expertise and care continue to be vital to my oral health. The staff are wonderful!

I have been going to Restorative Dental for years and am very happy with them. Lisa Ann is a great hygienist and Dr. Fish and Kikuchi are top notch. They are cautious but not over eager to do work. I’m very glad to have a dental group that I so trust.

It was a simple crown replacement, done expertly with no discomfort. But Dr. McManma does a terrific job of making a patient feel at ease and attended to. I hope he'll be there forever.

Today I had my first appointment with this dental office and it was great! The entire staff is professional and friendly and I feel very comfortable here. I will definitely keep coming here for my dental care.
