The Queen's Medical Center is known for its comprehensive healthcare services, including a birthing center. Patient experiences, however, vary, with some praising the exceptional care and others reporting negative encounters. The facility has received positive feedback for its celebratory post-birth dinner and the professionalism of many of its staff members, including doctors and CNAs. However, there have also been reports of unsatisfactory nursing care.
Here's a summary of customer experiences:
- Some patients have had "absolutely incredible" experiences, describing the treatment as "a retreat more than a hospital," and praising the celebration dinner and the overall care provided by doctors, nurses, CNAs, and phlebotomists.
- Conversely, other patients have reported "horrible" experiences with certain nurses, citing disrespect and unacceptable care. They praised their OB doctor but criticized the attitudes and actions of specific nursing staff.
The Queen's Medical Center offers a range of medical services, and while many patients have positive experiences, it is important to note that individual experiences can differ. It is recommended that prospective patients consider both positive and negative feedback when making healthcare decisions.

It was like being told you're going to die by a fax machine. I'd rather the janitor have done it.
