Switched over to New Age dental on the recommendation of a friend. Wonderful experience. The staff was awesome and Dr. Sorkin was amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend them. Just a great office and they make you feel very welcome.

Dishonesty & Disorganization I know she can do better and I hope this helps someone. Smart woman she knows how to upsell. I used to like this place for cleanings. Even though she lies about copays and exam costs.However, do not get a retainer from her. She made me 2 thin defective bottom retainers and claimed it was normal for them to get bite marks within a few weeks. My first broke in 8 weeks. My friends were shocked at how aweful her materials were. 255 dollars was the price. So, she made me a second one and i waited a few days for the lab to make it. It immediately started wearing down, but she said it was normal bcs I grind. A grind guard cost additional money. She could've taken a look at my teeth and known better. Fast forward several months later, I got a $200 Vivera for my top set from an orthodontist and after 7 months of regular use there were no bite marks. That's when i understood, she just gave me some bad ones. I called to ask what lab made it so I could submit a warranty claim on my own if it wasn't too late. I did not expect any refund from her. Her staff told me to come bring in the retainer and they could let me know what lab it was. I tried to come in the morning but I work b4 they open so I had to come at closing. When I came in her desk guy wasn't there. She came out told me I can't come without an appointment. She told me she had made it in office. she insisted bite marks and cracking are normal and retainers need to be replaced yearly. She told me she can send me a check in the mail to refund it. I wasn't expecting that but appreciated her effort to make it right. I gave the office my updated address. They called and the desk guy gave me to a kind woman there. She explained I actually needed to come back with the retainer again. She confirmed the check amount. I texted and let them know what week I would come to drop off my old retainer and pick up the check to cover a new Vivera. When I came in Ms. sorkin told me there was paperwork I needed to sign and it had to be with the office guy. this time she clarified there was no gaurentee of a refund, they would have to look over it and think about it. "I dont even have a check ready" she said. Essentially, she lied and had no intention of issuing a refund. She talked in circles about how it was on me that the staff didn't communicate. But she straight up lied several times. Lied that its normal for a good retainer to get worn quick. Lied that she would issue a refund that she had no intention of giving. And its hard when you have to drive so far. I am greatful for my past cleanings and she did check my tooth pockets once here but be careful yall. Proud of her being a sucessful woman, I just had to say I hope she does better in the future and has more integrity. You don't have to lie to sell. And I hope this lovely woman learns to do better.

This dental office is amazing! Dr Sorkin is so professional and caring, she explains the benefit of certain products for the wellness of your teeth and does not push you to go for it like my many expereiences with prior dentists i went to. Igor the admin personnel is knowledgable, professional, kind and so very helpful. I was not treated like i was just a number to their office. I am so glad to have found this dental office.

Dr. Sorkin is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to, very honest and caring about your comfort and getting the job done right! 100% love her! Receptionist is always awesome and friendly and they work around my schedule which I so appreciate! I recommend New Age to all my family and friends!

The entire New Age Dental staff is fantastic! They truly care about you, not just a patient, but as a friend. Not many people actually look forward to going to the dentist, however Dr. Sorkin and her staff make the process painless! Dr. Sorkin herself is so caring, that it comes through when she is doing any dental work for you. She truly is an artist in her field. I would recommend New Age Dental to anyone who need any dental work completed.
