The Loop Endodontics

Just wanted to thank Dr. Lina and the wonderful staff at The Loop Endontics! I was there yesterday for a root canal, and was very impressed with my experience. Having many traumatic experiences with dentists in my past,(and this being my first root canal) I went in absolutely terrified. The facility was clean, well kept, and most importantly to me, every staff member was kind and professional. I especially appreciated Dr. Lina for speaking with my dentist to ensure that finishing this job with a crown was even possible, before doing the root canal. She could have easily just done the root canal, taken my money and sent me on my way. Her job would have been done. But she went the extra step to be sure that I was on the right treatment plan for my situation. The actual procedure was way better than I had anticipated! I was comfortable and barely felt a thing. You guys are really good at what you do. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I had a great experience at The Loop Endodontics today. The office staff was communicative, organized, and pleasant. Appointments were running on time, the atmosphere was friendly, it was clean and orderly. The Dentist was very gentle and polite. The directions for care after the procedure were clear and simple to follow. If I were to need Endodontic dentistry in the future, this office would be my first call!

No one at this office had a clue what they are doing. First of all, they got me in quick, can appreciate that part. The website that is still LIVE online says complimentary consultation. I called, got the appointment, gave them my dental savings plan ID and waited for a call back. Apparently the website is wrong, it’s not complimentary, at least not anymore. They tried running my savings plan as insurance and one person didn’t know what the other was doing. Long story short, what Aetna said they would pay on their pricing was NOTHING that I was quoted. The office is poorly ran, like it’s their first week behind a desk.

Called to move my appointment up an hour, and the receptionist said yes. Came 10 minutes early before the appointment, and still, they made me wait until the original appointment. Just for a consultation!!!! But was very quick to take co pay money. I was late for my other doctor appointments. I took a day off work to make my doctor appointment in one full day as anyone would. This is very unprofessional. I will not recommend or come back. Furthermore I will let my dentist know about the services. My time is valuable, just like anyone else!!

Dr. Lina Cortes is the best! She was so nice and professional! She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I had two root canals done yesterday. I was so nervous because I had heard horrible things about it, but, I did not feel anything. No pain and a fast process. Thank you so much! Will deff return for any future needs! 100% recommend.
