Everything is explained in terms you can understand. Very open to questions and totally makes sure all questions are answered. Very personable with patients. Update** We are now a couple months into treatment for our grandson. His teeth are looking beautiful. Absolutely Amazing. Very happy with the progress we have made so far and looking forward to the end result.

If I could rate this office higher than 5 stars, I would! The facility is beautiful and comfortable both for the patient and those in the waiting room. I have a long relationship with this Orthodontist and his office. All three of my now grown children had their teeth straightened by Dr. Williams. Now it’s my turn. Dr. William was my first and only choice of professionals on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. He and his staff are highly educated, very knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy to go for my appointments because it’s like going to see friends. The competence level sets the bar for other local Orthodontic offices which unfortunately do not have the excellent cutting edge tools and techniques that The Gulf Coast Center for Advanced Orthodontics does. Dr. Williams travels the world teaching his high level, advanced techniques to Orthodontists in many countries. For these reasons I highly recommend Dr. Michael Williams and his wonderful staff to anyone in need of Orthodontic work.

I love how everything was explained and broken down to me as far as the work being done. I like how I was told how and why he was doing each thing and he explained as well as his team explained to me everything and the cost. They were friendly, very welcoming and the environment was so comfortable and feels kinda like home.

The office staff is great. They always explain what is going on with my son. I highly recommend.

"Unruly, disrespectful, and rude" were the words Dr. Williams used to describe my son for breaking a piece off of his appliance. He does not listen to anything you say. Since we started this process in August of 2021 I have NEVER had a pleasant experience in that office. Dr. Williams is arrogant and unprofessional, and no one on his staff has ever made anyone in my family feel welcome. All he is concerned about is money in his pocket and recognition he thinks he deserves. PLEASE reconsider taking your child here - most orthodontist consults are free and I feel almost anywhere is a better option than this place.
