I cannot recommend Tend enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, which is rare for me when it comes to dental visits. The receptionist, Keisha, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and comforting.But what really stood out was my experience with my hygienist, Allyson Adams, who is truly heaven-sent. I came in with some anxiety (my blood pressure was 145 due to nerves), but Allyson was exceptionally professional and patient. She didn’t judge my tooth concerns and took every step to make me feel comfortable. She explained each part of the procedure clearly and in a way that I could understand, easing my anxiety at every turn. Little gestures, like resting her hand on my shoulder to reassure me and frequently checking to see if I was okay, made a huge difference. She even gave me positive feedback throughout, which helped me relax.The clinic itself is modern, clean, and bright, creating a relaxing atmosphere. They think of everything for patient comfort—sunglasses, a headset, and a TV mounted on the ceiling for a completely different dental experience.I give Tend my highest recommendation, especially if you’re looking for a clinic that genuinely cares about its patients’ comfort. And definitely ask for Allyson Adams—she’s the best!

To be candid- I work here… BUT here is an honest to goodness review of my experience as a patient at Tend. My hygienist Alison was exceptionally awesome as she used a numbing gel on my gums before the cleaning- I’ve never had a more pleasant prophy. And the sound canceling headphones took me to a mini-vacation. I was relaxed and felt cared for through the entire appointment. After the cleaning Dr. Joe did my exam- he was kind and informative as we put together my personalized treatment plan. I’m proud of our team and of the services we can offer patients at Tend.

I’m so happy I chose Tend! I had my first dental cleaning and exam in quite a while, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Allyson Adams, RDH! I was really nervous going into it, but Allyson immediately put me at ease with her friendly and calming demeanor. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions. Not only is she highly professional, but she’s also so personable—she made the whole visit enjoyable and even fun! I walked out of the office feeling so much more confident about my dental health. The entire team at this office made me feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend Allyson and this practice to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience!
