I have been going to Dr. P for several years after being recommended by a coworker. She is extremely thorough, professional and honest, a trait that can be hard to come by in this industry. Michael at the front is always a delight as well. I have since moved over 40 miles away from their office and still make the trip out to see her.

I’ve been going to Dr Pineda for several years now and have had great experiences every time. She is through and is always considerate to all my needs. Michael is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, he is always on top of appointments and is always smiling when I arrive. Thanks for all the great care from both Dr Pineda and Michael!!!!!!

We love Dr. Pineda and trust her completely. She has been a wonderful dentist for us, has a great sense of humor, is sharp as they come and above all - honest. She educates her patient and listens. We never feel rushed and always feel welcome. Everyone in the office is excellent and Michael is above-and-beyond helpful, kind, patient and fun to chat with. They are our favorite dental office of all time and I could not more highly recommend them. My stubborn husband who hates going to doctors/dentists loves her, too. When we changed insurance, staying with Dr. Pineda was the only thing he asked about. In short, they rock!

I was referred to this clinic by Delta Dental Insurance but I decided not to push through with this dental clinic because I had an unprofessional and poor initial phone encounter with its office staff/ receptionist named Michael who was very rude, disrespectful, condescending and had very poor, unkind customer service skills that he even hung up on me.I cancelled my plans of having my dental needs taken cared of by that clinic. No one deserve to be treated like this especially in a service oriented profession like Dentistry.It’s so unfortunate because Dr. Pineda may have been a good dentist but I got discouraged to give him a chance to take care of my dental needs due to this unfortunate and unacceptable behavior by his staff Michael who is the forefront person of their dental office for potential patients like me.

If they weren’t around i don’t know what I’d do. They’ve helped me so much with my complicated teeth for years! Highly recommend !
