Incredibly helpful! In an urgent situation on a Friday, they not only were able to fit us in, but helped move the appointment up as one of their earlier appointments finished early. All of that is amazing, but the care was what was most impressive. The staff (from the folks on the phone to the folks helping us settle in all the way up to the doctor) were kind, thoughtful, and explained everything at every step of the way. They involved us in the care plan and proceed with clarity and consent at each step of the way. We are so lucky we found them in our time of need! Thank you!

I was anxious about having oral surgery and had put off this visit for a good six months, but as soon as I met Dr. Valentine, my nerves melted away. He was so kind, and he took the time to explain every step of the procedure with me. The entire staff were exceptionally helpful and made sure I was aware of all my treatment and financial options. I’d definitely recommend this practice to folks in the RDU area!

Absolutely 10/10 recommend! Dr. Kretchmer and his team did an amazing job with my gum grafting and the procedure was very quick! The doc has a great bedside manner and is very gentle. Once again, highly recommend!!

In my case, since Dr. Guzman left, the office is not the same, they change staff and managers all the time, they can't find my history, they want to charge me additional expenses and today was the most frustrating of all the visits, I left without to take care of me because they couldn't agree on how much what I needed would cost me. First they had told me $450, then they told me by email that they didn't have my Gurdian insurance in their network, then they sent another email and text confirming that I had a credit of $1,275 but I still had to pay $1,800, then no I only needed the deep cleaning that cost $1,300 but with the credit I would only pay $72 and finally they wanted to do again XR's that they already had from June to charge me more... a disaster, I'm not coming back never again. They are not honest.

I had a follow up appointment at the Garner location today, 4/18/2024. Anna the treatment coordinator (I believe) was great and took the time to go over all financing options with me to maximize savings and minimize financing fees! Very thorough and helpful.

The staff is very friendly ! I appreciate how much care they took in keeping information confidential during the check in/check out process. Dr Valentine was kind and very informative with my consultation. I feel confident in his team and their experience for the work that I’m having done. I was also pleased with the straightforward pricing as well as the payment options.
