Excellent experience. Dr. Berg is insightful and informative without overwhelming. Everyone else that makes up the majority of the interactions in most visits is excellent as well - from receptionist to the hygienists to the scheduling gal. Friendly without being overbearing, pleasant while staying on task, quality with a softness to the interactions. It was the least painful cleaning I've had with the lowest level of judgement for my poor dental hygiene. I felt encouraged to improve but not judged for my deficiencies.

They take their time to ensure you're comfortable and address any worries you might have. Heather, in particular, always takes great care of me during my regular cleanings. I just had an initial exam and cleaning with Dr. Berg and her hygienist Janette. Such a wonderful experience. From start to end, the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Berg and her staff was incredible. Their Guided Biofilm Therapy went well and they are one of the few in the state to use this method for cleaning! A true wellness experience! Highly recommend!
