Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry

I simply MUST take a few minutes to say how impressed and THANKFUL I am to have found Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry! I had a unusual situation in that we had been with another Pediatric office for years but their office had quite a bit of changes over the years. The biggest being the Dentist who owned the practice and eventually his son left the practice! The dentist who were left did things differently and chose not to take care of my son's cavities! So, last minute I was thrust into a situation of having to find a new Pediatric Dentist office especially because I start a new job on Monday and would no longer have much time to look for one etc.. THIS office not only found a next day appointment time for us but treated us as if we had been an ongoing family there for years!! Dr. B was incredibly kind and caring. The caring and understanding part was REALLY genuine too!! He made son's teeth a priority and to make sure all of his needs and future appointments were taken care of for him. Savannah and Maria are the ones who we dealt with the most and they were both delightful!! Savannah took my son's X'Rays and made sure he was well taken care of before seeing Dr. B Then made sure to give us ALL we needed for subsequent appointments. Maria was the person who scheduled EVERYTHING for us and when their Internet went down she guaranteed a phone call to make sure we had all of his important subsequent appointments were made. Sure enough just a few minutes after I got home she called back to make that happen. The follow through was AMAZING!!! I hate to say this, but when ALL the changes happened with our first Pediatric office occurred and Senior Dentist left which was about 5 years ago I wish we would have left then and found this AMAZING office!! The other plus is that it is a one dentist office and that says wonders as well!! Bravo to Dr. B and to your wonderful staff for being Kind, Caring, and Professional ALL at the same time!! Sadly, that is a rare thing to find in an office and I truly believe God BLESSED and directed us here on such short notice!! I highly recommend this office!!
