Surprise Smiles

I can’t recall anytime I left the dentist having had any experience that was memorable, or at least not in any positive way. However, the team at surprise smiles did a great job. Not once did I clench my fist bracing for impact while they worked. Special shout out to Stephanie, the hygienist, who did a great job cleaning my teeth.

Suprise Smiles is the best. Like many people I had a terrible experience with a dentist as a child and it has always made me very nervous to go to a dentist. I actually put off going to a dentist for a really long time (embarrassingly long) because of my experience. My husband found Surprise Smiles and coaxed me into making an appointment. Everyone is so kind and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

What a great experience. Completed all paperwork on line. Promptly took me in at my scheduled time. Had a complete set of x-rays ... No cavities! The gal that cleaned my teeth was wonderful! Then had my teeth whitened. The gal was very attentive and it was an easy process. I would highly recommend this place.

The customer service is the best around, the quality of care received is unmatched and you really get the feeling they care about you as a customer and your needs as a patient. I have been going to Surprise Smiles for years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The entire staff is very friendly and I have never had to wait long after checking in for an appointment. They do great work and always make sure I am comfortable during my visit. Highly recommended!
