Sure Fit Dentures is where I went to get my very first set of partials. Their staff made me smile even before I had one to confidently show. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. They were very friendly, informative and professional. They are really what made a difference in this difficult process for me. When it comes to the quality of their work, they exceeded my expectations for sure. Sure Fit Dentures truly changes peoples’ lives in the best way. I would like to give all of them my most sincere thank you. Sure Fit Dentures has definitely earned my 5 Stars and I would highly recommend this place.

The lady at the front desk told me my insurance want pay the whole bill, and after I payed the 102.00 found out my insurance is paying everything, and now she want give me my money back or my dentures

I have CARE Credit but the Receptionist didn't want to do the paper work. So she told me to pay cash. She said the Interest rate was too high. I asked her to make the appt she told me to bring cash. I went some where else.

I called two weeks before appointment to verify cost and confirmed through my insurance what would be out of pocket cost but when I got to office the unfriendly lady who came to sign me in stated it was their policy to get cash up front and not to use insurance. #scam # nocustomerservice

The first time I went they were nice. Had impressions done and I asked if the top denture would stay in without using glue , she said yes I wouldn’t have to use glue any more. Came back the second time they put in wax denture to make sure if I liked them and to check bite I told them they were loose fitting,they said that the denture would be tighter. Come back third time they put denture in I told them it was loose they said wear it that it would tighten up and it never did. Come back fourth time time they relined it put it in I told them it was still loose the guy said he guaranteed it like tighten up. Come back the fifth time they told me they’d have them make a new denture so I left..Come back the six time they put the new denture in and I told them it was still loose she said please wear it for three days if it still loose come back. Needless to say it never tightened up I called and told her it never tightened up and that I just wanted to bring the stuff back and get a refund. Her response was we don’t give refunds to come back and they try again. I told her I couldn’t keep taking off from work, (if your keeping track I have taking off 6 hours already.)After they have had three tries I have no doubt they would never get it right. An expensive lesson learned. I would never recommending them ever. Pretty bad they don’t have Enough confidence in their ability and Work that they can’t give refunds. Wonder how many others??
